By asking certain questions using the “zaxbys app” they answer your questions with short answers and sigh in the background by only asking a question? When they delivered the food at the curbside pickup and asking the same questions expecting a different response, you would not expect another employee act the same, instead differently by looking how they explain the same thing with their eyes wide open and walking away just to look at the review mirror shaking their head based on what a customer is trying to understand no patience at all if you don’t understand the hustle in working in a fast food restaurant don’t even work in one at all Period.

Gave me 0 sauce packets and when I went back to ask for more the employees were dismissive of me

I got zaxbys last night for dinner in the drive thru. I got a Pepsi to drink and later I finished it I was going to eat the ice and I see something… a small knot of black hair and a strand of black hair. I have brown and blonde hair, my mom has brown hair and my stepdad is bald.

Quick response. I order 2 boneless wing meals and 2 Zenzation Zalads. The wing plates were over cooked and dry with sauce. Zalads were fine. Old food! Do better! I paid for fresh food. Not what I received! 😞

This Zaxbys is awesome! I can always count on them to be quick and accurate. By the time I get to the drive thru window, my food is almost always ready. The manager is super nice and so are the cashiers. This is my go to lunch spot!

I came to this location and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 Cobb salads and they left bacon off my chicken was cold and also the chicken was half cut up and half together. Clearly this location has poor management considering the mange named Christopher was rude and handled the situation poorly. Why do you have a attitude when I’m the one is being inconvenience by the situation you want me to get back in my car and drive miles back because the person in your kitchen clearly doesn’t care about the quality of my food. I use love the location but now not so much. The guy also in the register gave me back to much money also.

Tried the new chicken finger tacos and was pleasantly satisfied. I honestly thought it would not taste any different than the regular chicken fingers. But it had its own unique flavor. Would order again!
