I didn’t realize I goofed on a mobile order and scheduled it to be picked up @ 5:00pm instead of 12:00pm. They politely notified me of the pickup time when I arrived but offered to start it immediately. They had my order ready in no time and it did not appear to slow them down at all! Most important they were so kind and professional.

Went through the drive through and was told that the cheddar bites would take 5 minutes to cook. I declined the cheddar bites because I was running short on time. Then once I got to the window I was told that my CHICKEN SANDWICH would take 5 minutes to cook. Not a huge deal… HOWEVER when I had to turn around my truck to go back for a fork it made it extremely annoying that I could have had my preferred meal twice over in the time it took me to get the meal I didn’t even want when I got there. Employees have a bad attitude at the drive thru window and seem lazy. Won’t be back for a while.

This was a terrible experience. I got the signature sandwich on toast with the spicy sauce on the side. The bread was cold and hard. The chicken was overcooked and hard to bite. The spicy sauce was package well and the french fries was a small portion and extremely salty.I feel like the order was rushed but u had four cars ahead of me when I arrived. My sweet tea tasted watery. I was totally not satisfied!

I mean I'm sure that atmosphere inside was good, I did go through the drive thru so to give an honest review I need to clarify that. This zaxbys is about as fast as you can get for a chicken place. And the service is great, polite and definitely top tier.

Ordered online through drive thru waited in line 30 minutes after the pick up time and I order 2 boneless wing meals and 2 large drinks at the window only received one large drink and told them I ordered 2 large drinks they gave me a small back and I told them again I ordered a large and then proceeded to hand me back a medium either just doesn’t listen or just rude considering I had already been waiting a long time and the food was cold and they gave me the wrong sauces I ordered

By asking certain questions using the “zaxbys app” they answer your questions with short answers and sigh in the background by only asking a question? When they delivered the food at the curbside pickup and asking the same questions expecting a different response, you would not expect another employee act the same, instead differently by looking how they explain the same thing with their eyes wide open and walking away just to look at the review mirror shaking their head based on what a customer is trying to understand no patience at all if you don’t understand the hustle in working in a fast food restaurant don’t even work in one at all Period.

Asked for 4 Zaxby's sauce. Arrived at home and all I had was ranch. Had to go back to ask for zax and they were very rude about it

I like their salads they're always good

I got zaxbys last night for dinner in the drive thru. I got a Pepsi to drink and later I finished it I was going to eat the ice and I see something… a small knot of black hair and a strand of black hair. I have brown and blonde hair, my mom has brown hair and my stepdad is bald.

Service was great. They got my order correct and food was fresh and hot!
