I guess the joint is not open on Mondays . I will go somewhere else
I've been in a total of 3 times and haven't found a favorite yet. But I will try again. It's a bit expensive to go more than twice a month.

While I applaud this restaurant for being open from 11 AM to 2 PM on Thanksgiving, I am overall very disappointed in the quality of food. To give you some insight, my fiancé and I had plans on traveling back home to Georgia for the holiday to be with our families, but due to unforeseen events, our plans shifted. Upset and stressed, we soon gained some relief once we saw we could get a “nice” Thanksgiving meal from a restaurant that’s open in the area. The advertisement we saw said that plates were $13 with a dessert and a drink. This seemed super reasonable. My fiancé went in at 11:30 AM and ordered (2) to-go plates. He asked for sweet tea and was advised they were out. Okay, no problem. No big deal. He just got the (2) to-go plates and a single dessert and came home. Although he didn’t get any drinks and only got one dessert, the $13 per meal was still applied, and while I think a few bucks could have been knocked off since he didn’t get everything the $13 originally entailed, he still paid the full amount and did not make a fuss. He drove 5 minutes to the house, and I was shocked at what I saw when opening the box. All of the sides were super soggy (minus the mashed potatoes and gravy). The chicken and dumplings were NOT chicken and dumplings. I’m sorry, but they were horrendous. The pumpkin pie was cold and seemed undercooked. The crust was broken upon arrival and when I picked it up to further inspect it, the crust just crumbled so effortlessly into pieces. It, too, seemed a little soggy. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and always have high expectations when trying somewhere new, but the food I received today was disappointing. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. I hate to make this review, but this was my experience, and I felt led to share. My fiancé did say the staff was friendly, so that’s good at least.
