Total incompetence is a high bar for your morning employees. I repeated my order 6 times and it was still wrong. Window employee took an attitude and now I'll never visit Hardee's again.

6-7-25 breakfast lady taking orders at drive through messed up our order no apology just her giving attitude and blaming us. Then went for lunch on same day and got no dipping sauce and the fries were cold and greasy! Do better!

You have to watch them that will double charge you if you don't say something they will not give you money back I'll put it back on your card I do not buy breakfast anymore there because the lady that works there in the morning she's too slow the last time I bought breakfast there was cold the lunch was okay it was hot but it took them forever to get me up a cup of chicken wraps and a fry play the overcharged me and then didn't say nothing about it till I said something the manager me to give me cash money back so I wouldn't have to wait 2 days to get my money back on my car the service sucks 😞

We ordered biscuits for our church to have on Easter morning after sunrise service, and the management team went in early to get them ready for pick up at 5:30 am, they did a wonderful job and the biscuits were awesome. Thank you from all of us at The Forge Chapel in Coffee Springs!!!!
