Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was correct but the second one was completely wrong was supposed to have double ham, instead it had double pepperoni that my son doesn't eat. Wasted 26 minutes on the phone trying to speak with the manager. Never happened. So if you order from there be sure to check it before you leave. Date is October 23, 2025.

I ordered online today and payed with Google pay. Upon arriving at the store the man behind the counter said I owed him 26 dollars, after already paying online. He refused to give me my food even after showing him the confirmation for the app, my bank statement even. After an hour of arguing with him and some guy on his personal cell phone he finally gave me my food, but only after he tried to charge me 24 dollars for a 2 liter soda. I will never again use the Geneva Alabama Little Ceasars

The experience was amazing! The new staff completely changed the store’s atmosphere and provided excellent service. The environment was comfortable, and everyone had a smile on their face. The food was delicious, and the way we were served made everything feel more professional. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!🍕

Had a 40 pizza order that was prepaid for , they were for a function and when pickup arrived to pick the order up the person working and the manager who couldn't speak even a little English stated the order was canceled. According to corporate it was canceled from the store after pick up person arrived, they could care less what type of bind us their one time customer was in. Pitiful.

Went to the one in Geneva Alabama 10-15 mins of waiting the boy/ man walk up to the window and got our order he was disrespectful with an attitude ! You will run customers off !! Called to order our pizza and they never answered !
The new group is very respectful and they keep the place open unlike the last crew! From my military experience they sound Albanian or Western Slavic?? Very chill guys and fast!

I called the store after 10 -15 min .. someone finally answered the phone, and they gave me some lame excuse why they couldn't take my order and I would have to come in the store to put my order in ...I won't make that mistake again .... There are plenty of Pizza places around !!!

Every time I come in the food is never hot and ready no matter what time I get here service is always slow and they never have employees I'm always upset coming to this location I have to wait 10 minutes for bread sticks that should already be hot and ready if I didn't like little Caesars food so much id never come here
