Went to Geneva Alabama Pizza Hut tonight. There were 4 workers that I saw and 1 customer fixing a salad at the bar that had placed a to go order. My family of three stood at the entry for 15 min and no one even spoke to us even though they kept looking at us. We decided to seat ourselves in hopes that they only hadn’t acknowledged us because they wanted us to seat ourselves. However they just kept looking at us and doing their own thing so we just left once it turned 8:30! Total waste of time and we have never been treated that way at that Pizza Hut location so maybe the workers just sucked tonight. All but one looked like methheads and unfortunately that was the only one getting off work.

I picked up an order here for someone else, so I cannot judge on the quality of this food, but have had good experiences with food I have ordered here before It took awhile to get recognized after walking in the restaurant. Everyone was in the back getting things together to close for the day it appeared. One employee was making herself wings before getting the customer's order completed. She said she had worked 12 hours without eating, so I guess I will let that slide. It sounds like scheduling should be done better so that employees aren't working 12 hours and not getting a lunch/dinner break.

We attempted to eat dinner at this Pizza Hut last night we were totally ignored We were the only customers there around 8 15 pm. In addition it was a very cold night we were wearing heavy coats and we were rstill freezing inside the restaurant. After 2o to 25 minutes with having no one approach us my husband went up front to see if they were serving. She was doing something near the back. My husband told her that we had been waiting some time and requested service. She mumbled something that he could not understand. He returned to the table and we comtinued uto wait while still freezing after another 10 minutes or so of waiting we left and went to a different restaurant to reiterate w we’re the only customers in the restaurant. The only person to approach our table was a religious man that wanted to preach to us and blessed us. He started crying and said that my friend reminded him of his deceased mother. As we left my husband topd the girl we were leaving because we couldn’t wait any longer she still made no effort to walk to the counter and acknowledge our presence she still stood near the back and mumbled something that we did not understand we have eaten at many pizza huts where we hard great service great food and a comfortable dining area. If the restaurant doesn’t close until 10 pm and no other customers we should have received adequate service this may be the reason we were the only customers. This review should be zero since we receive no food nor service

Food and staff were great.. Very clean and great dining room to dine in.. Only problem was the music was way to loud.. It is Pizza Hut and not a night club so turn the music down.. I don't like to yell to be heard over the music !!
Hot pizza with a smile. Everytime I use pizza hut in DeFuniak Springs we get hot fresh pizza with good customer service. On the occasion of a mistake they are quick to resolve no questions asked.
