My mom and I along with my kids was going to eat at The Shoppe and have and ice cream today. I am extremely disappointed with this place of business. Out of fries, chips, several ice creams, brownies, and I am afraid to even ask for anything else for it may be out as well. Poor management and poorly stocked. Only 2 young girls working. We canceled and left! Will not be back. We are from Headland and I am thankful for our ice cream shop we have on the square! Do better or close!

Owner plays no part in day to day operations, leaving it understaffed and also out of inventory. Food the owner cooked was served to an officers wife and it had glass in it and the owner tried to blame the employees. The owner also made us serve rotten philly meat for over 4 months! Reported it and nothing got done! Slow and rude service. Previous customer and previous employee, I'm speaking from experience! And have many former employees to vouch for all this. If this gets deleted, I will continue to repost until the word gets out.

Cozy, quaint, friendly, excellent service.... wife's club sandwich was huge, and awwsome. They were out of taco salad
.. they were out of boiled eggs for the chef salad but offered substitutes.... but the only salad dressing they offer is ranch???? Ultimately portions were huge, food was great and prices VERY CHEAP. Highly recomend.

A friend of mine did some work for the owners. The owners refused to pay a bill that was agreed on. As much as they charge for the food you’d think they could pay bills. As for the terrible service..they seem to be not too happy with their jobs. Not at all friendly. It’s definitely not the place to go on lunch break for the lengthy of time it takes to get the meal prepared and it wasn’t even right. I’m not happy with the service, food, prices or the way my friend was treated. Will not ever go back and will recommend others not to as well.

This place is awesome to eat in. The atmosphere well the look inside and the music take you back in time. The food is delicious cooked when ordered so very fresh and the servers are great. And don’t forget the dessert. They have plenty of Ice cream choices. And when the weathers great. Eat out on their front porch. This is a have too,eat at place.

This place is cute. You are instantly brought back to the older feeling. We came in, grabbed a few menus, and settled into a booth. This was our first time in, so we didn't have any idea what we were in for. The drive thru was busy, but only 1 other family inside. The waitress finally made her way to us, and we gave our drink order asking for a few minutes to decide on what food we would be ordering. The young lady brought our drinks and we asked for another minute. Finally, we decided what we all wanted and closed our menus. Waiting for her to come back again, the windows were busy, and there were only 2 working. She walked by a few times, not even acknowledging us. But hey, she is young and I am sure she will learn. We wait our turn when she finally makes her way to us we place our order for food and ice cream because to be honest we didn't trust it wouldn't take forever after eating for her to come back. The food was ok. When we got to the ice cream, the issues started. One of us had ordered a banana split only to be told 30 mins later they had no bananas ok. So we got a hot fudge instead, and we ordered a brownie Sunday. The brownie was so hard i thought it was frozen. No, it was way over cooked. We ordered the special 1 scoop in a chocolate dipped cone but got a scoop in a cup. The girls got dirt and worms Sunday. They were strongly made with super man ice cream. And we had ordered 2, but we're only brought 1 to start with. I really had such high hopes for The Shoppe
But I won't be going back.

Parking: The parking is i guess on rhw grass next to the building?

Great place for a 50's dinner experience. Great sandwiches and burgers. The Boom Burger I love. Ice Cream is their forte. The banana split is to die for. The staff is wonderful and attentive. A must go and a must return to place.

Outstanding food and friends, make good company. The 57 Chevy burger is off the chan. Go on and get yourself a 57 Chevy burger. Your taste buds will thank you. And than you can them. And me later became I know you will be back just like me. The food is worth the drive.
It is about 30 minutes for me.
