Ordered a specially made sandwich this afternoon for pick-up. When I got home to eat it it was spot on! Just exactly what I ordered and it is really good. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
I ask what time they closed google said 10pm, they said 9:45pm. I made it there at 9:39p.m and they hurried and locked the door on me and ran off. Personally I understand wanting to get off on time, but you don’t have to be rude.

I’m not sure of their names, but these two ladies that are in here have been swamped busy their whole shift. They are still kind and they are still making great sandwiches with a good attitude. And my honest to God, humble opinion, I feel they should have a raise.

terrible service!! The workers are goddesses, they treat you like we're not going to pay! I went now at 7 pm and the 2 that were working spoke to me with a terrible attitude!! I'm never going back there!!

This subway is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The employees are mostly always rude and have terrible looks on their faces. I ordered online twice this week and BOTH times I had no cheese on my sandwich and the second time I had no cheese nor tomatoes which I ordered how do you miss cheese? Not to mention it was online so all you have to do is read the order I didn’t realize they lacked basic reading skills. boycotting this place.

The workers at the Geneva location are horrible. Tried to make me a sandwich with gloves she was wipping the counters and running the register with. When I asked her if she was changing gloves she got offended. Then when she got the gloves on she turned around and asked what I wanted! I said excuse me she then said again with an attitude what do you want. I don't have to be treated like a burden in a fast food restaurant. I left the sandwich sitting there even after I had paid for it. Maybe she should have built the sandwich before running my card. And if she had a better attitude I would have completed the order.

Best subway sandwich ever! Really. I mean it. Best ever. No one ever gets my sandwich right. Today it was perfect! My husband's was so pretty I took a picture! Excellent service as well.

About done with this place. Today i got 4 super tiny, thin turkey slices on my 6" Flatbread. All I could taste was my cucumbers and sauce. Never could taste my meat at all because there was not enough to even taste. Then I go to pay and I present my coupon that I keep getting in the mail. I am then told that they don't take coupons anymore. Well why do they keep sending them to me? It was in date until the end of this month. That sorry excuse for a sandwich with chips n a small drink cost me twice as much as the coupon. 10.00!!! Good grief! Then I go to eat my sandwich and I keep smelling this terrible smell of oven cleaner.. I was really praying that it was not on my bread of my sandwich. My experience today was terrible and I am not planning on going back.
