I was very impressed with the quantity of meat that you got it was good tasting and not dried out at all and it did not seem like it had been sitting in a steamer had really good flavor also
Stopped by an old gas station for a quick stretch break and saw this hole in the wall BBQ trailer beside it. There was a line on this very hot day which tells you all you need to know. We ordered pork bbq sandwiches for the road. They were HUGE! The smoked pork was so tender with just a tiny bit of bbq sauce so it didn’t over power the delicious meat. Definitely some of the best pulled pork Q I’ve ever eaten. We will stop if ever passing through this part of i65 again. 10/10...
