The workers are to high to most fast. I stood an watched a girl take 10mins to make two wraps an one biscuit foh ridiculous plus they don't wash hands between food an money an they don't wear hair nets an they have hair all over them. This place has went to Hell! Fix it or lose customers

Nothing but bad service in drive thru and hash rounds so hard can't eat an mixed with French fries I will not ever spend over 15 bucks for food can't be eaten get a clue clean your fryer cook fresh biscuits in the evening. Albertville Jack's so much better. J.carrol district manager try made it right with more food honesty I wish I got my money back are got more food from another Jack's.

Took them 30 minutes to give our food was not that busy and everyone was talking and doing nothing besides one worker manger should be disappointed in them selfs. I’m definitely going to reach out to corporate about this.

I came through the drive thru after church one night. I live a couple of towns over. I received extremely hot food and drove home with it (25 minutes) it was still HOT. It was the best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. We’ve got Jacks local to us, but Geraldine Jacks is hands down, the BEST. I said what I said. I cannot stop thinking about the quality of my food and how hot it was. Top tier, I mean that.

Just went through drive through could not here good on speaker the girl was very rude and the restaurant and the people inside need to be retrained you half to say one thing at a time very slowly for them to get it and even then there so many mistakes being made idk if they didn’t get the proper training the first time or what but need to make some adjustments for sure and the biscuit are way to flat now and falling apart need to find someone that knows how to make them and the manager there didn’t seem to be concerned that her employees was being rude as crap to a customer that what’s makes any restaurant is the people that go there It really needs to be look into that’s for sure

Constantly getting orders wrong. Every time I go through the drive-thru I have to pull up an wait. Every time. No matter if its a large order or 1 cheeseburger.

This place used to be alright, but now it SUCKS! The 2nd to last time I came here, I was missing my pancakes, and just a few hours ago I came here, not only did they forget my pancakes AGAIN, the ham biscuits tasted HORRIBLE. I'm not coming back.
*EDIT* And now, yesterday, when my husband ordered me Jack's (didn't plan on coming back here), they had the audacity to give me tiny little cut up chicken pieces (a lot of them was just the breading), instead of actual chicken tenders! I changed my review from 2 to 1 after that!!!

One girl there is very rude we went through drive through and we couldn’t hear her and then got up to the window and they had our order completely wrong and we said no that isn’t right and she came over there telling us we need to speak up very rudely then shut the window on us speaking at us with window closed and then came back and told my boyfriend he needed to tell me to shut up after I said we couldn’t hear her and that he talked clear for her to hear and there is a young man who throws salt at me and in my car I keep my car clean and do not appreciate him throwing it in my car and then I can’t find it ever again and then the girl manager was very rude when we told her that our order was wrong when all she had to do was change it to what I asked for and give me the food but I guess they didn’t want to work a little harder to make the customers happy so they will not be getting my business ever again
