Took them 30 minutes to give our food was not that busy and everyone was talking and doing nothing besides one worker manger should be disappointed in them selfs. I’m definitely going to reach out to corporate about this.

I came through the drive thru after church one night. I live a couple of towns over. I received extremely hot food and drove home with it (25 minutes) it was still HOT. It was the best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. We’ve got Jacks local to us, but Geraldine Jacks is hands down, the BEST. I said what I said. I cannot stop thinking about the quality of my food and how hot it was. Top tier, I mean that.

Just went through drive through could not here good on speaker the girl was very rude and the restaurant and the people inside need to be retrained you half to say one thing at a time very slowly for them to get it and even then there so many mistakes being made idk if they didn’t get the proper training the first time or what but need to make some adjustments for sure and the biscuit are way to flat now and falling apart need to find someone that knows how to make them and the manager there didn’t seem to be concerned that her employees was being rude as crap to a customer that what’s makes any restaurant is the people that go there It really needs to be look into that’s for sure

This place used to be alright, but now it SUCKS! The 2nd to last time I came here, I was missing my pancakes, and just a few hours ago I came here, not only did they forget my pancakes AGAIN, the ham biscuits tasted HORRIBLE. I'm not coming back.
*EDIT* And now, yesterday, when my husband ordered me Jack's (didn't plan on coming back here), they had the audacity to give me tiny little cut up chicken pieces (a lot of them was just the breading), instead of actual chicken tenders! I changed my review from 2 to 1 after that!!!
First time eating at Jacks and had a Big Jacks Hamburger. What a meal!!!! Delish!!!!

One girl there is very rude we went through drive through and we couldn’t hear her and then got up to the window and they had our order completely wrong and we said no that isn’t right and she came over there telling us we need to speak up very rudely then shut the window on us speaking at us with window closed and then came back and told my boyfriend he needed to tell me to shut up after I said we couldn’t hear her and that he talked clear for her to hear and there is a young man who throws salt at me and in my car I keep my car clean and do not appreciate him throwing it in my car and then I can’t find it ever again and then the girl manager was very rude when we told her that our order was wrong when all she had to do was change it to what I asked for and give me the food but I guess they didn’t want to work a little harder to make the customers happy so they will not be getting my business ever again

A group of 4, 2 people ordered burgers with bacon, and neither had bacon. Ordered 2 chili dogs and was told after the transaction they no longer did chili dogs. Service was extremely slow, and the young girl was a bit confused. The food was tasty.

ive just moved to geraldine 3 months ago and this place has been nothing but bad. i have waited at the speaker for almost an hour when no one was in line nor at the window. i've asked for fries seasoning and extra sauce and have gotten ignored every time or you already have it in the bag and it never be in there. the black head female manager is rude as all get out not to include the employee that work there. they are all disrespectful. the way i see it is you get payed to work there do your job simple. i've done went into the store and said something that didn't work so now im goin on here because everyone needs to know how rude this company is.
