Subway in the small town of Geraldine, Alabama is THE BEST subway. Every single time they hit it out of the park. I was fully a firehouse gal until I started this store. They all need raises. Also, the male worker starts my order as soon as he sees my car pull up lol! Never disappoint

Paid $10 just to take one bite and throw my food away. The man that works the counter is extremely rude. I asked if they could toast my food because it was meatballs and they just put cold cheese on top and he said no. When I started eating it even the meatballs were cold. Terrible service and waste of money!

Don’t accept deals or even coupons! That’s absolutely ridiculous. I don’t recommend eating here until the greedy owner changes that. Everywhere around us accepts coupons.

I have always loved a good sub sandwich but I probably will not visit this subway much again unless I just don’t have a choice lol. My sandwich wasn’t terrible but the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE with the interaction I had with the female working she was severely high barely could hold her eyes open and barely could make a sandwich asked my husband five times what kind of cheese he wanted we felt uncomfortable to not watch her every single move as she couldn’t even remember what to put onto the sandwich’s we ordered which were pretty darn basic listed on the menu lol and the guy that was working you could tell was trying his best but was stressed and I believe his stress was coming from the other employee that was to high to even do her job which made his job harder as he tried to pretend as nothing bad or stressful could have been going on. Good job to you dude you kept it together and I’m proud of you !
Kid-friendliness: The guy was very nice to my son and was helping me tell him how yummy parmesan is

We haven't had Subway all that much within the past 5 years or so. Weeks back we decided to grab some samiches and take home. We live less than 3 miles from there. Both were very, very good. The employees make you feel quite welcome and do all they can to ensure all is ok before leaving. Only fault I have with any Subway is they don't offer any sort of discount for the military. I've noticed many establishments are like that, but some say, if you come on Veterans Day, we'll give a 10% discount. WOW, once a year.
