They gave us a coupon for a free pizza after they messed up our order. We ordered the pizza after having a bad day ... Man it was so good. We ate that double pepperoni extra baked pizza with a crisp diet coke... Whoever cooked that pizza at noon on 7/14 needs a raise. 🍕

Took an hour and a half for a delivery of a free pizza I was offered due to a previously late free pizza delivery that I was offered due to a previously late free pizza delivery that I was offered due to a previously late free pizza delivery. I'm officially done with Dominos. These guys should just give up delivery and outsource to a third party, Uber eats or door dash could have gotten my order to me in half the time.

Gave one star so I could share my experience—I can’t speak to the quality of the food, because I was unable to order. Impossible. Tried online and got a perpetual status bar. Switched to the app and had the order cancelled twice at checkout due to a “general error.” I wasn’t quite disgusted enough…so I decided to try them out on the phone. Gave my order to a robot, then held for a human. Human answers the phone after some time and confirmed my order…then tells me his system shows the store is closed. Wasted about 20-30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back just trying to order a pizza. I drove by there out of curiosity and saw that the place was WIDE OPEN. Delivery drivers were coming in and out, kitchen full of workers. I wonder how they are receiving delivery orders? The phone number I called was (256) 269-1100. This place really needs to get it together. Maybe I’ll give them another try in the future, but not for a long time. Today I just drove by and picked up a pizza from Blackstone—it was a success and the pizza was great.

I don't know what happened to this place but recently the wait times are astronomical that is if you can get a worker to even come to the window soon after you pull up. Most of the time the order is incorrect or someone else's order. The past 4 times we have went we have had these complaints every time. Either Domino's needs to hire more people or change management. I don't mind waiting an hour plus for the pizza but don't tell me it'll be 20 minutes then have me wait for 40. We always order online and pick up at the store. Unfortunately we will have to change our regular pizza joint unless things change.
