Ordered $70 worth of food online, Workers confirmed being made only only to pull up 30 minutes later that they know nothing about the order. Also said it will take 50 minutes to make after I arrived. Pretty trash place

I ordered my food and it was ready to go when I got there. Made the way i orded it. I was asking the GM a question the pizza we got, she was so so sweet and answered my question. I will continue to use this store.

The GM at this location doesn’t know how to take ownership of her store. Our order got sent to the wrong address and instead of an apology, got hung up on. Drove to the store, hours not clearly posted and door unlocked, walked in and got told to go to the drive thru and wouldn’t be spoken to until then. Excuse after excuse for her behavior saying “I just got back from Vegas and short staffed” the order being delivered to the wrong address was not even the problem honestly, we know it can be fixed, it was the GM’s horrible attitude that caused the bad review. I’ve worked in food for 8 years, mistakes happen and not once have I handled a complaint the way this GM, Mindy, did tonight. When her attitude was addressed, she responded with “that’s just the way I talk” and claimed that corporate can see and hear the convo, but dominos are franchised ? 0/5 if I could give it. Will not be back.

Order two stuff cheesy bread and they worker when I first walk in act like he couldn’t hear me so I waited 25 minutes for one smh need better workers then old people do better Glencoe!
