Fries were awful, as always. Burger was old. But I have to say, the service made up for just plain bad food.

Please tell me why I have to pull forward to get my order when no one is behind me in line. I told them no. They said their tracker needed cleared so they would not get in trouble. My food took forever to get to my car. Burgers and fries are not hard to fix in a timely manner at 7:00 on a Saturday evening

The guy that took our order was very scary. He just glared at us. He didn’t say anything but the price, and he mumbled that. This used to be our favorite stop because it’s so clean and had super friendly staff. I’ll find another place to stop now. 😢

I went here to get 3 of their $5 meals I asked for no salt on the fries all i felt salt and they were cold they redid the fries which took twenty minutes.

I just went through the drive thru there was only one person ahead of me at the speaker I ordered ahead on the app and sit there for 45 minutes to get 3 drinks I finally make it to the second window and my drinks are just sitting there several employees just looked at me and walked off I sat there a good 15 minutes before one of them finally decided to hand me my drinks that had been sitting there the entire time. I told the lady 45 minutes was ridiculous and her response was we have a line wrapped around the building I told her I was second in line at the speaker and she slammed the window in my face. I then realize after I leave there’s something in my drink so I can’t even drink it. Now I would like to mention morning shift is awesome I go every morning and never have a problem. I work in fast food and know how things should flow even when it’s slam packed and this isn’t acceptable.
I ordered a hot caramel latte and they brought me an iced latte which they fixed when I corrected them but still had to wait several minutes on it, But they were really busy so I don't hold it against them

HORRIBLE . Always messing up orders can’t fix it how you want it but quick to take your money. Bad customer service. This whole restaurant going DOWNHILL and needs better management. Owners should be disgusted in who he has running his establishment to the GROUND. Will never eat there again everything is always cold even when you ask for it to be FRESH!
