The food was hot and fresh mind you I'm an iowa girl who has eaten McDonald's from Colorado to Pennsylvania and none of them where as fresh as this one was the frys I never to expect much on them they where extremely fresh like after 5 minutes of being out I could still feel the heat off them and my burger was completely fresh and my boyfriend got a sprite and I got the sweet tea lemonade so good and we don't have that up north so I rate the place 5 stars for the food the service was amazing we don't get that back home and the atmosphere was wonderful

So I go here on every Friday Saturday and Sunday and have been every weekend for 10 months or longer and getting 3 mcgriddles and 3 hash browns I get 2 syrups everytime and today they say we're now charging for those starting today. I spend over $60 just in 3 days and I'm getting a sandwich made with pancake as the breading but can't get 2 syrups with my purchase. That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard that's like ordering pancakes but having to pay to get a syrup with them. Yeah I think we'll start going back to Jacks on the weekend paying less and getting everything we need with no extra charge for a jelly.
