HORRIBLE . Always messing up orders can’t fix it how you want it but quick to take your money. Bad customer service. This whole restaurant going DOWNHILL and needs better management. Owners should be disgusted in who he has running his establishment to the GROUND. Will never eat there again everything is always cold even when you ask for it to be FRESH!

We went through drive through went to order our food was cut off and didn't take our whole order so got to the window to add the other meal. The 2 girls at the window were running around like squirrels. One also proceeds to say he is mad before she ever shut the window. She then told us to pull to a parking spot that it will be a while before our food gets out to us..We then sat in the parking lot for an entire hour still waiting on our food the girl came out and asked what we was waiting on... She then goes in and still takes another 10-15 mins before we ever got our food this is absolutely horrible service!! They were very rude and unprofessional it should not take an hour for 2 happy meals and 2 meals.

Ordered a mobile order. I paid for a large caramel frappe and I paid for EXTRA CARAMEL! Yet it seems like the workers can’t seem to read ! I hate paying for extra and not getting it ! DO BETTER !

The food was hot and fresh mind you I'm an iowa girl who has eaten McDonald's from Colorado to Pennsylvania and none of them where as fresh as this one was the frys I never to expect much on them they where extremely fresh like after 5 minutes of being out I could still feel the heat off them and my burger was completely fresh and my boyfriend got a sprite and I got the sweet tea lemonade so good and we don't have that up north so I rate the place 5 stars for the food the service was amazing we don't get that back home and the atmosphere was wonderful
