We were looking for something other than fast food when we ran across Cheeky's. We were seated right away and our server (who turned out to be the owner) was there right away. Excellent! Country food choices in a lovely rustic environment. Clean place. Nice sized food portions. Great service. Bread baskets with your choice of rolls or cornbread. A choice of meats that includes hamburger steak, fried chicken, chicken and dumplings and more. I love the vegatable choices including fried green tomatoes, my personal favorite. The food is great, the service is great, the restaurant seems pretty clean, prices are fair. I wish the staff would treat it more like a job and less like a hangout, but it is a small town restaurant. I have started taking my food to go in order to avoid some of the language and awkwardness.
