Don’t order delivery!You will not get your order delivered and will not get your money back for the delivery fees. I ordered on subway app, they apparently use DoorDash to deliver. So neither subway or DoorDash take responsibility because it was ordered on the subway app! Don’t waste your time or money.

This is by far the worst I have ever got from this store. The guy only had been there for 2 days and today was the 2nd day. I figured the guy that had worked there the longest would have taken over when he messed up two times. Nope didn't do it. So if I could give a negative 20 I would. Where did the guys go that usually work there. I think one was named Chad. They where great. The new guy would probably be great if he had some training.

I don’t know if there are simply too many first timers at the job, but make sure you specify every single detail to them. I came in and got a philly sandwich, they put no cheese or anything that regularly comes on it besides the meat and didn’t even toast nor heat it up so it was cold as ice. Only things they did put on it were the few things I added extra. And they STILL charged me full price for having nearly nothing on the sandwich (this can be looked past for a bit since a business can’t simply bring the price down out of convenience for the customer).

Staff is very unsanitary. They wear the same gloves used to accept money in to fix sandwiches. I have witnessed many times upon requesting the workers to change gloves. The issue is very consistent and some employees have very negative attitudes. Employee performed cross contamination on lettuce and uncooked bacon. The employees need more training on hygienic performances. People don’t know what they are eating and could cause serious medical conditions.
What else can I say? It's subway!! It's fresh sandwiches...5

The staff here is always super helpful and friendly and make the food perfectly to your specifications. I'm a regular because I love their personalities and the food is filling and tasty.

I’m so disappointed. I came hoping for good service but nope. The guy waiting on me was so rude. Him and his Girlfriend went to the bathroom together and stayed in there a while so another person could wait on me then he got out with her and didn’t wash his hands and as she walked by me she definitely did not have good hygiene. She cut her hair in the bathroom and left it in there. I’m definitely never going back.
