Normally pretty good service but came in today (29 may 2025) and all the employees were ignoring customer chatting and every order that came to the pickup counter they inaudibly mumbled something and tossed it on the pick up counter so you just had to hop for the best and grab stuff.

Terrible place. We attempted to get breakfast here at 11am. They had no donuts or munchkins. Their refresher options were limited to only one and they only had one bagel variety (whole grain). We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Will not be back and do not recommend it to anyone.

The variety of food and beverages is great; they've got a lot to choose from like meal deals with a sandwich, hash browns, and a drink or if you're sweet tooth is craving something sweet. I was going to pre-order and pick up through the drive thru but after attempting to order using the app and the website I noticed they only had a few of the items listed out of everything that was actually available. I went inside and was greeted with a smile and after placing my order the courteous Dunkin associate asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I mentioned the problems with pre-ordering using the app and the website, I was informed of the app being closed on Tuesdays and the website had this location as closed on Tuesdays. I recommend this place, the butter pecan frozen coffee with caramel drizzle is amazing.

I tried give them a chance after they screwed up i was respectful but can't hold my tongue paid 20$ then the coffee machine broke she had attitude about giving me my money back then they forgot make my food 20 minutes later it was so crusty I had tear most bread off 45 minutes on a little order

This was the worst donut shop I've ever been too. Seriously at approximately 2 in the afternoon they were out of the donuts i wanted. Mind you they are open till 8 p.m. Next no sprinkles were on the strawberry or vanilla donuts. the Bavarian creme donut had no chocolate on top. The old fashioned was nasty .A first time for getting bad donuts. They were gross. Respectfully i would definitely not call them out for no reason. Very distasteful. We "all" were disappointed.. Yuck . Somebody needs to fix this. Disappointed fr fr.

The lady that was working here on Monday Oct 14, 2024. Her name is Kellie. Such a sweet and kind lady. She was more then helpful. It's hard to find caring workers these days. Even though we was just passing through. If we ever come this way again, we are definitely stopping here. Thanks! :)

I use to go here all the time but now something has changed and the coffee feels almost toxic, just after a few sips my stomach explodes. I can drink coffee just fine anywhere else but not here. Never buying anything from here again.
