I hate to leave a bad review cuz its always fast service an workers are always friendly, but ive brought it up to them a few times that there cinnamon biscuits are Always burnt dry an hard as a rock and it don't matter if i come at 5am or 11am that's how they are! There so called sausage gravy is usually watered down pepper gravy w no sausage I don't understand how u all are ok to sale this to ur customers if u wouldn't eat it urself don't sale it I kept thinking maybe it will be good this time so I go back an try it at different times but no its always the same an im done spending my money here Bojangels is right up the road

Waited at drive through speaker for 10 mins no answer. Line behind us. No one order was being taking Lady at drive through playing on the phone Normally a good Hardee’s eat there once or twice a week for breakfast but now my I’ll just drive extra time to Bojangles

Hands down the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. Not only did the drive thru worker fail to listen to the order multiple times, they were careless with my grits and it was given to me with the remnants spilled all over the paper bag and it soaked my sausage biscuit. There were also hairs in my sausage gravy and eyelashes, which was more upsetting.

Their customer service was so very friendly and they made our drive-through experience feel almost like a sit down. This sounds exaggerated, but it was such a pleasant experience.

If your store is completely drive through, how about having a sign that clearly states that. Being obnoxiously rude to a travel weary customer who saw one sign directing them to another door, only to find it locked wasnt necessary. The man who did this was white, over 6 feet and had dark brown hair. 5:30pm on 19 Dec 2025. Do better corporate.

Like the food, I was left at the speaker wondering if the place was even open i was about to drive off when someone finally came over the speaker, once at the window I greeted by a young man who had his pants tucked under his butt not just sagging but in a way it was obvious thats what he was trying to do especially since the front of his pants was pulled up and he was wearing sweat pant that was elastic, he also just had his hat sitting on top of his head not even wearing it as a restaurant they wear hats for food safety so I if the management at this store allows such blatant unprofessional behavior where it involves dealing with customers what goes on where the customers cant see, needless to say I did not eat my food

I ordered my wife a breaded chicken and bacon sandwich and I drove home with out checking the food. She received a Frisco sandwich with bacon. You could pay hockey with the burger although she really wanted breaded chicken. My Swiss and mushroom burger didn’t have the sauce and I plan on using the dried out burger as a chew toy for my 150lbs Irish wolf Hound. The fries and Diet Coke were pretty good. Now no one will answer the phone so I can complain.

I love Hardee's but this place. EXIT 7 off of I-10 in Florida. Lights on mid-day no one answered the drive thru, drove to the other side and decided to go in and order. Some guy at the entrance inside waving his hands back and forth telling me to leave. Some other guy with a headset on running in and out talking to people in a car out back. We just left there was another Hardee's just down the road on ex̌it 10. No problem great food as always, we ate there instead.

Employees had very bad attitude for no reason. Responding to customers legitimate questions with sarcasm and contempt. I overheard their entire conversation. Customer did nothing wrong. Those employees need some hospitality training asap. I had to walk away. No way those horrible people are handling my food.

Everything is always quick and painless when we come here. They are always so nice and friendly. We have been here when a lady was working all by herself. The entire store!! She deserved a raise. I truly hope whoever she was Got it!
