Their phone number is always a busy signal for 2 seconds then disconnects. They don't know their own menu, and can't be bothered to include the whole order when bagging food. Missing an entire combo. No chicken quesadilla. No dorito loco taco. What is the point of opening a brand new store if the service is such crap?!

The Taco Bell in Grand Bay, AL was a big disappointment. The food took a really long time & it was cold. None of the cheese was even melted. The worker threw our bag on the counter & said "here." We won't be back.

From our experiences, you have a 100% chance of your order being incomplete, 0% chance of employees not being rude and a 30% chance of being cussed or screamed at along with refusal to fix your order. Yes we've been Multiple times since it opened, thinking it's new it, will take time.. the employee is probably just stressed, we all have bad days, ect. No, this is just the normal here.

Rude! Dnt put everything in ur bag and then when u call to get it they are rude and dnt fix it! Says “that’s the risk you take ordering online” ? wow but yet all they have is order ur self screens so they have less of a job to do! I worked in food for 15 year n never have I seen something as to this! Corp being contacted for sure!

I wish there was a way to take stars away. Cutrently on my second trip through the drivethru because they are simply incompetent. The vehicle in front of and behind us are also on their second trips through. Not to mention that we have been here almost 30 minutes now. Employees standing around with phones in their hands. Definitely worth the drive to go to pascougola

Horrible Service!!! I didn't get all my food so had to go back and inside. The lady acted like it was a inconvenience to fix my food and had a horrible attitude. I ordered 4 soft shell with meat and cheese only and she want to pick the lettuce off with her fingers instead of making a new one!!!! And then wanted to stare me down when I passed by the drive through!!!!!

We ordered two cantina bowls. There was barely any meat on either one. One was missing cheese while the other had very little. When employee was questioned about the chicken he said he watched her put two scoops on the order but he wasn't anywhere near the person making the bowl.

Seems they are off to a rough start. The taco bell app had them open at 9 AM. They don't open until 10 AM. You could order but then could not get the food, I guess...

Food and service are fine. There's a glitch in the app that doesn't show chalupas when you order the deluxe box. Have had to go in twice and have a manager fix the order. No problem doing so since they are aware. Haven't really experienced longer than normal wait times, either inside or the drive through.
