I really enjoy Taco Bell, but I won’t ever use them again if they continue with the AI at the drive-through.

This location is always out of basic items like drinks or even ground beef if you go at inconvenient times (past 9 or 10 pm). Just went to pick up my order right after they opened at 9:00 am and they told me the food wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes! When asked if there was a way to cancel my order or speak to someone about the inconvenience, I was met with rude behavior and harsh words from who I’m assuming is the manager on shift. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Can't stand a store that only has kiosks. People weren't friendly but they provided good food. Wasn't told drink i ordered was out. The unwelcome feel at this store is corporates fault.

So I got a quesadilla with a little extra sauce and they doused it I asked for it to be remade the manager snatched it out of my hand and said thought you wanted extra sauce and I said yes mam just a little she re made and I watched her hide and spit in it! Wish I could have got it on record!! I’ve never had an experience like this in my life! In absolute shock what I just witnessed. I knew fast food was nasty but I didn’t know it was this nasty

Horrible service, a lot of attitude. Only two packs of sauce allowed for a large item like a cantina bowl, won’t even let you buy more. Will not be back until things change.
