Is this a Waffle House or a bar. The jukebox was blaring super loud.

I guess its too hard for you to update the system saying that you are closed. Went over to McDonalds and they said you have been closed for a while now.

Called in my take out order at 3AM and Tiara was polite and ensured I was heading to her location. My order was ready and tasted great so I'll be doing this again!

Y'all cannot keep a waitress on staff for the life of you. I don't know why you have 4.1 stars. I mean every time I've been in there lately the waitresses are just really crabby. Like I'll go in there with my dad sometimes on Saturday night and for one you have people lining the door (3-4) because you're taking your sweet time clearing off tables even when you're not packed out. I was in there two Saturday nights ago and it was like that. When we were able to get a table the waitress just seemed to be in a mood because apparently she couldn't wipe off the table when we were sitting at it not only that but she seemed to be really rude whenever I myself asked for a cup of sweet tea because she had to take time out of her busy schedule to make some more. Yeah I mean it's your job; I didn't say that of course though. Basically what she said was that she had a make another pot of tea and that she had to wait on another customer before she got to me (she was very rude in the way she said it) even though she had just asked me what I wanted to drink, I just say alright though. There wasn't really any point in getting into it. There was another time before I was in there though I asked for a cup of coffee they said that they had to make another pot, I go all right sure if you don't mind making another pot I'd like to have some more, but then I had to wait for about 30 minutes of waiting on a cup of coffee. It turned out that they weren't even making it, so I just walk out after that. Every time I go in there I always say yes ma'am, no ma'am, thank you.. maybe it's me or I'm missing something because I don't know where the rudeness is coming from. It's not only that though but they talk about the customers behind their back amongst themselves and they don't even try to hide it. When you are able to get a table though it takes about 15 minutes just about for them to come to your table so you can place an order even if they're not waiting on anyone and when you do order something they never come back to your table again and ask you if you want to refill on your drink or anything else. Today was different though I don't know if it was only because it was Father's or what maybe the owner was in there today but they were nice and accommodating or maybe it's because they have different waitresses on different nights and days I'm not sure. Most of the time I'm there though just feels very unwelcoming. It wasn't like that over 10 years ago though when they used to have the older jukebox (I'm just using that as a timestamp to when the service used to be better at this particular waffle House location). Just about every other waffle House I've been to though have been nicer especially the locations in pascagoula and Moss point. Maybe Alabama's just changed or maybe like I said it's just the one particular waffle House location; and that's kind of hard for me to say because I've lived here in Grand Bay all my life. That's about all I have to say but thank you for your time for reading if you have. I don't recommend the Grand Bay location because small diners like that are supposed to have that small town southern hospitality atmosphere and that one just doesn't have it anymore and I don't know why. I actually don't mind driving 30 minutes out of my way to another location if I'm going to be treated like a human being. Or Better yet I just head over to the sams super burger since it's closer. I also don't recommend the Popeye's across the street from the waffle house either. If you want to know what hell is just head over there. It wasn't much when it used to be a diner over there at that truck stop but at least it was a lot cleaner and more respectful when it was still the diner before they turned it into the Popeyes and the Dunkin donuts. The nicest (respectful and courteous) fast food restaurants on that intersection though now
