We ordered online and asked for spicy chicken when we got our order it was regular and we were missing the biscuits, we had ordered ahead of time and when we went back they said it would take 35 mins for the spicy chicken, we got a refund and left. I do not recommend this place at all

One car ahead of me in drive thru and I still waited almost 20 minutes AFTER I ordered! And it was still delicious! They could definitely use a new building!

Every time I go and try to order some spicy chicken, they NEVER have any. There's always a 20 min wait on some chicken. Some of these employees have been working here for years. You would think they would now when to drop chicken so it can be ready for other customers. Sometimes the chicken is good and sometimes the chicken is not that great. I guess it depends on who's cooking it. Customer service can be a whole lot better
The food is super good, I love the honey biscuits. They need to improve on minor things like providing napkins or straws for soft drinks. The place was clean and tidy.

The food was wonderful but the service was slow. I don't blame the workers it's not their fault. They don't have that many workers so it was slow. The atmosphere was so so because you can't go inside. Again the reason is they are short on staff. To have the inside open.
