I was in town visiting my Dad for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving morning my brother and I decided to get breakfast and was happy that the restaurant was opened. Unfortunately, the two employees working wasn't too excited about it. Customer service was rude. I've eaten there often when visiting and had never experienced any issues. I ordered an extra side of bacon. The bacon was cold and had cheese residue on it. Seemingly, like leftover food. Quite disgusting.

This location is a joke. Something’s always wrong with the order or it’s out of stock. Always closes 20-30 mins early, even with 5+ cars waiting in line. Drive thru cashier couldn’t be nice if they were paid for it. Eat at Jack’s…nope.

Window attendant need an attitude adjustment.
I ordered a Med Caramel Ice Coffee which tasted like water! I tasted no coffee and only one sip of caramel!!
The vanilla milkshake seemed to be ok!
This Jack’s and the one in Moundville are often out of menu items and frequently get the order incorrect!!

Horrible was given an coupon for a bad experience from another restaurant. They told me I couldn't use it here. Manager was rude and condending. When inask for hills Manager he said he could not give it to me

My family and I go to a lot of different Jack's. They are all pretty consistent. Management could see about changing the lettuce in the chicken salad because it gets so wet/ wilted before you can eat it. And I didn't get croutons with mine. Is that gonna be all the time?

Ordered chopped steak dinner. Out of mashed potatoes?? Come on now. Someone not doing good job ordering there stock. Now I see why they don't have a higher rating. I travel driving a charter bus and eat all over the south east. Most Jack's are 5 star. Can't give them that on this Jack's.
Got fries instead and just not the same. Meat and gravy were a 5 star.
Out of sweet tea out front, but did have some behind counter. ?

This place is so unprofessional. I have called about 4 times in order to resolve an issue with an order. NOT only have they not answered, but they've straight hung up on me as well. This place has taken nearly 10 dollars of my grandmother's money, and didn't give her the meal. Not only that, but just to not answer your phone in general is unprofessional, every other Jacks I called to get to this one, has answered the phone. Yet this one seems to have issues with that.
