This place absolutely sucks. For a fast food restaurant you’d think they would be able to cook food faster it took 30 minutes to get our food and the workers were just standing around talking or not moving very fast. And if I could give zero stars I would and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

This place will be the last place I stop at in this area again. The cashier was extremely rude, the breakfast sandwich was half made. There was trash under tables that appeared has been there the last 2 times I stopped in here. They stay busy but there isn’t any other fast food here that I have seen or found. For breakfast.

We went to Jack's in Greensboro twice last week. Both times were very disappointing! The person in the drive thru was very rude. The first day we were told lunch was served at 11a not 10:45 so we came back at 11 a then was told lunch was not to be served til 11:10a. We could not wait. We cannot continue to come back as we have other things to take care of. Then the next day we arrived for lunch after 11:40 and was informed that they didn't know when lunch would be ready as they had no help. We saw 2 people with Jack's shirts in parking lot looking at someone's baby at that time. No one is going their job. I don't know how the business is expected to function. This is a TOTAL lack of customer service. This needs to be addressed. Had to give a rating so it would be posted, but it deserves a negative 3.
