I love jacks. But this one I wouldn’t even order food. The bathrooms were so bad, I just left without ordering. So disappointed.No other Jacks I’ve been in has been like this. Y’all should do better.

Stopped at lunchtime with my mom. We went to the restroom first before ordering. The condition of the restroom was absolutely ATROCIOUS! There was a Jack's worker in the handicap stall without a lock engaged and my mom walked in on her urinating. Then when my mom went in after her there was urine all over the toilet seat. ? The large rolls of toilet tissue that should be in the dispenser were on the floor in EVERY stall. The stall I went in (not handicap) the toilet tissue had urine all over it. We left without using restroom and also didn't order any food. If that is how the restroom are kept I definitely didn't want any food from there kitchen. ? Such a disgrace to the Jack's company name.

My family and I recently visited during the Thanksgiving holidays and the service was impeccable. We were feeding a family of around 60 so you can imagine it was a large order!! Jimmy was so patient and nice and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Jimmy!!!
Quick stop through the drive thru for lunch after Church services. Staff was patient as I struggled to get my order straight. Once order was placed, we did have to wait for chicken to fry. That is typical for a busy Sunday afternoon. They get it done quickly, and you know your food is fresh.
