New to the MS area, I love adventuring and finding little local cafes to support. Drove an hour and 20 mins to check out The Stable Cafe in quaint little Greensboro, AL.The place is a GEM!! Loved it. The woman who also might possibly be the owner rang me up for a latte, panini and a piece of pie to go. Everything was excellent! She was so welcoming and the pies looked homemade so I just had to get a piece. The panini was perfectly warm, crispy, and had good flavor. The iced latte was divine and just the perfect afternoon pick me up I needed.I look forward to returning some time in the future. :)If you’re passing through, looking for new southern town cafe try, or a coffee lover like myself - I highly recommend you give them a try!Parking: Parking is located out front on Main Street in town.

Took a client there yesterday for lunch and he had nothing but high praise for the food and the atmosphere. Always a home run at The Stable.Try the Little Big Town and just for grins, have the green apple. And don’t forget to take home a famous Greensboro Pie!

I have had many great meals at The Stable. The staff is always so friendly and helpful with going through the menu. I have dietary restrictions and have always had a positive experience in identifying items on the menu despite them. I highly recommend visiting The Stable, whether it is for coffee (ample selection) or for breakfast/lunch/dinner. They recently added catfish and it was delicious! The pie might be my favorite portion of the meal though.

On Thursday's call in & order you some Good Ol Fashion Catfish with two side orders, Hushpuppie & a Sweet/UnSweet Tea. The fish is absolutely juicy, fresh, cooked as ordered, IT IS NOT AT ALL DRY NOR IS IT COOKED TOO LONG!! It literally has the best taste & is seasoned with perfectionism. I believe the fish is ready to be ordered by 11am on Thursday's, but I am quite sure you can call in sooner to get in line, because the fish is sooooo good everybody is eating it. Also the place has Positively AMAZINGLY Great Vibes!! All is Welcome & Come AS YOU ARE!! The service is Greatly Appreciated & Valued!! I had planned to order breakfast because the menu said some were served all day. After I tried to order breakfast for lunch, the cashier told me they weren't serving breakfast. So, I ordered the southwest salad, and it tasted delicious! This is minor to me, but the lady who brought my salad to me forgot the dressing. I highly recommend the Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie.
