Avoid this store! We stopped on the way to Fort Walton Beach. The bathrooms were filthy, dining room was also. I stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I left to go to Wendy's next door. On the way back after vacation, we ended up back in this location after all other restaurants had really long lines. The bathrooms and dining area were once again filthy. We did get our order taken quickly, but was perhaps the worst Beef and Cheddar I had ever had. tasteless and a total mess. I'll get gas station food next trip.

Go to drive-thru one day and ask for a burger, they don't have anyyy burgers. Should be called Arby's We Don't Have the Meats. Most times I've went it takes someone 5 mins to come on the intercom. Horrible service and bad attitudes and my pet peeve is when they dont fill the cup to the fill line. Especially when I forget to ask for no ice because then I have even less drink because I take out the ice. But omg when they give u majority ice like omg why, I'm basically paying for ice. However today was different I have a coupon for a large strawberry lemonade and I ask for no ice. The lady at the intercom says drinks HAVE to come with ice. Since when and what other places are like that, please tell me, because I don't see the problem in no ice. Less work for u and I don't have to stick my hand in my drink and dig out ice.

My pointer finger is where they filled the drink to and that's after ice taken out. I took one small sip, I mean a small sip because I thought about how I want to write a review. ~So, yea Arby's, yall suck, a person HASSS to get ice in their cup, it's bs. Be so for real, u just don't wanna give people what they fully pay for. And it's really too expensive honestly when u can get a large at Wendy's and it's double the size.

Typical location with bottom of the barrel hood rats as employees. Staff has ZERO customer service training. Incapable of even the most basic please & thank you when dealing with customers. No smile, just stand there looking dumbstruck when you order. Sad & pathetic in every way. Restaurant and restrooms were filthy. Employees have no knowledge of food sanitation, handwashing or cleanliness in general. No hair nets even with food prep staff with nasty dreadlocks. 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Sat at the drive thru window over 5 mins with no response from the workers. Times before this, the service was just as awful and the food took forever. On top of bad attitudes from the workers, this place is one of the worst places in Greenville to eat.
