Went to the Greenville Alabama location bathroom absolutely nasty There were 2 waiting to order my self and one more the other one left from being ignored and one person asking 6 times for an extra sauce and was ignored I left . There was no one ordering in the drive thru and two waiting on meal all of this atb1130 am on Dec. 30 the service is always like this probably will not go back until all staff is replaced sad sad

Absolutely terrible drive thru employee the girl with glasses had no clue if she was coming or going put us on a ten minute hold told her what we wanted another hold finished ordering she said ok and nothing else she opens the window hands a drink and says can you taste this? What?? She was very inconsiderate and made it obvious she didn’t care to make our experience pleasant I hope this is addressed

Anytime you see peoole choosing Wendy's over Arby's...that should be a hint that things are not right. Virtually no one was at this place and I had to wait for the drive through staff to get her lufe together. I waited for a good 10 minutes at the speaker waitung for her to get her life together. I then had to repeat myself as she evidently wasn't listening and taking down my order. She never told me the total...just to drive around. Then, she rushed me to drive in frint if the building ti get me off her clock as I had to wait another 15 minutes for the food ti be cooked. Admittedly, the food was fresh. However, when you're on hour 5 of a 6 1/2 hour drive home, the last thing you want to deal with is incompetence and needlessly long waits.
Food was really good. Hot and made perfectly. Not sloppy and greasy. Really impressed.

Came here an hour (10pm) before they closed (11pm). The heavy set lady with long braids said that their roast beef is still cooking. I respond with okay we can wait. She proceeds to tell me that it takes an hour to cook. I said that’s also fine. She said ma’am we close in an hour. Okay so uhm then why’re you making more if it takes an hour and you close in an hour? She responds with….FOR TOMORROW!?!? Lie. Lazy employees. Wanna get paid for doing absolutely NOTHING. This location will not make any money without servicing customers.
