Typical location with bottom of the barrel hood rats as employees. Staff has ZERO customer service training. Incapable of even the most basic please & thank you when dealing with customers. No smile, just stand there looking dumbstruck when you order. Sad & pathetic in every way. Restaurant and restrooms were filthy. Employees have no knowledge of food sanitation, handwashing or cleanliness in general. No hair nets even with food prep staff with nasty dreadlocks. 🤢🤢🤮🤮
Leaving Orange Beach, we were on the road for a few hours and decided to stop for lunch. Only a few restaurants in the southern part of Alabama along I-65, so we were stuck with this Arby's location at a nasty Love's Truck Stop. The location was busy with travelers coming and going to the beach. After placing our orders, I went to the restroom. Wow! Nasty and dirty are the words to describe what I encountered. This location is on my route as a frequent traveler. I occasionally stop here to fill a void. Nothing about this store is exceptional. The place is well worn and employees don't appear too happy to be here.
