Horrible experience. Food was cold, ordered the sliced breast which was only two small slices. No seasoning on food. Workers standing around talking and playing on phones instead of cleaning tables and helping patrons. Won't stop again.

I love this place and have for many years!! Roasted turkey sandwich on sesame seed bun is the best!!! Very nice gift shop behind it called The Roost. Very kind staff!!!!

Excellent turkey and side dishes. We make it a point to stop here as we travel. It is not expensive and not a chain, just a local mom and pop restaurant with good turkey. They are pretty much turkey only and sides, and that is a good thing.

I stop in here at Bates House if Turkey almost weekly, and Everytime it's always delicious! The guys and girls behind the counter are always smiling and very nice! If you're in the area can have a craving for some fire turkey....go to Bates House of Turkey! You won't regret it!!
