BBQ 65 is in the Shell Station @ 65 & Pine Apple. The smoker is on the back side. The smoke in the air is always great when they are burning wood. I prefer the Smoked Turkey. I buy it by the pound and share it with friends. Their hours are limited so check them.
One of many popular BBQ joints in Alabama that's been on my short list for a visit. I stopped on a drive back north and was glad they were open on a Sunday morning. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice and decided not to hold back on my order. This may be my last chance at real BBQ for awhile. Located in a gas station just off of I-65, I could see and smell the smoke after parking. It was late morning when I arrived and no line. I ordered the 4 rib plate...
