Horrible service! Treated very poorly for our first time in greenville. Not saying much about a community we heard was so friendly. Most of the pop in the machine was out. When asked for what I wanted, was treated rudely again. The cashier had to get it from the back. Will never return. Edit five years after living here. Inside lobby has a pop machine and BK crowns. All lid, napkins etc behind the counter and you need to ask for them. If someone will help you. The service is still horrible, and the wait time is ridiculous! They also reheat fries and onion rings. It’s not against health code, but it does take down the quality of the food. Prices are crazy high also.

Coke machines broke they tried to accuse us of breaking it you can't understand the people behind the register toilet broke leaking in the floor and have a attitude if you ask for them to fill your drink behind the counter.

We went through the drive-through one evening, fairly close to closing time, for a late night snack. The young man at the window taking our order was SO respectful and well mannered! I wish I knew his name so that I could make sure his supervisor commended him for excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough about the rudeness of the staff. Drive past this shop and just go to waffle house unless you want to run your morning. The drink machine was broken with only 1/10 of the available drinks. Not a good BK.

Stop here if you have all day to sit in the drive-thru and have to repeat your order THREE times and beg for a receipt....only to get cold food and have to drive forward and wait for fries to cook after being in line THIRTY MINUTES!!!RIDICULOUS WITH A SIDE OF ATTITUDE.
