We were passing through the area on our home from Florida and found this restaurant on Yelp. We have eaten “authentic” Mexican food across the country and absolutely loved the food here! The manager greeted us right away, was friendly and even brought us margaritas while we waited for a table! The margaritas were pretty good, not my favorite, but still very good. The chips were crispy and the salsa was tasty and fresh. My husband had the carnitas and they were crispy on the outside and moist and delicious inside. He cleaned his plate! I had the chicken chimichanga and it was wonderful and packed with chicken. I wish this restaurant was closer to where we lived because we would be weekly regulars!!

Service was good! Food was okay, but maybe it was because I ordered simple cheaper dishes (tamale and flautas) from the al carte menu. The large Texas margarita was super good (strong). Overall not bad, but I've had better. Prices were excellent, so I would visit again if I was in the area. Thank you!

Loved the chips and salsa. All the food anyone ordered was great! Service with smiles!Kid-friendliness: The kids, 8 and 10, were treated respectfully. I think there were high chairs and boosters for younger kids, I don't recall.

The service was good and our server was friendly and quick but the food was bland and subpar, especially for the cost. I was charged for grilled chicken but it was shredded. Since the food was so bland, I asked for more jalapeños. It's my fault for not asking first but I was surprised to see that it was $6 extra for a jello shot sized cup of jalapeños. The queso was thin. The portion of beans and rice were generous but not very tasty.
