1:30 pm on Sunday during the torrential rainstorm. We stopped for lunch on our way home to Birmingham. The board showed the breakfast menu. None of the three people supposedly working ever looked at us, they totally ignored that we had entered the store. There were no other customers, and it’s obvious why. Awful awful.

The food was awesome, but the service was OK and ice cream machine wasn’t even working. It was kind of trashy in there but most fast food places or drive-through now so it was ok. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could, but I can only give it four because I’m generous.

Bout the worst service I’ve EVER had at ANY FFR !! The employees acted like you owed them something for even stepping inside !!!!! All standing around not wanting to work !!!!

Doors locked at 645 a.m. We are sit down and eat people. No signs on doors. This happens quite often. Makes us go to McDonalds to get the frozen store bought biscuits but at least the lobby is open.

Breakfast was barely edible. Felt sick after and the biscuit was so dry and over cooked. Do better.

This is the worst Hardee’s on the planet. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and had may a 1/2 egg and a slice of meet. Took it back and they said that’s normal. So basically it’s normal for them to suck!! Never go here!!!
