Black/brown mold covering the bottom of the drink spouts on the drink machine. I've worked in the food industry before. That drink machine hasn't been cleaned in months and it's disgusting knowing that everyone is consuming mold in every drink they pour. If it's that nasty on the outside I would be scared to peek into the ice bin 🤒

Without a doubt, the nastiest KFC I have ever visited. Bathroom was horrible. The whole facility needs to be condemned and tore down. Absolute shame that KFC management allows this location to exist. Employees not dressed appropriately and they appear to not care about anything. Corporate management needs to get involved immediately.

The food took too long and the people just went outside to smoke and there was one person that was working plus their bathroom was nasty and broken and some one told the people that were working that the need paper towels and did nothing there awaiting for there food

I would give them negative stars if I could. This is specifically the Greenville, Al location. This place is horrible. The staff are lazy and rude and obviously only there to get a pay day and really don't care too much about that either judging by the effort, or lack thereof. The company needs to clean house and hire an entirely new team. I don't ever contact the corporate office , nor really leave negative reviews. I try and point out the positives and promote establishments when I review. I simply don't review if I don't think these places are absolutely worth praise. I have to speak on this location though. I placed an online order. I was notified my order was ready and arrived between 5 to 10 minutes later. I had to wait 30 more minutes before receiving my order. It was wrong and my food was cold like it had been sitting there the entire time. I had to wait more before anyone acknowledged me to ask for the two drinks they forgot to give me. During my wait two of the male employees were engaged in a heated argument that I worried would get outta hand and was really wanting to leave and go elsewhere but I paid online. .... I will NEVER eat at this location again and advise others not to.

They didn't have ketchup packets for the french fries. They were out of mac and cheese. The service was slow and they kept arguing about another coworker who they thought deserved to be fired. How hard is it to find a KFC where the workers aren't yelling and cussing? I just want to enjoy my damn original recipe chicken!!

It's almost impossible to get food at Greenville's KFC. We just go thru drive thru because it is so filthy inside. Most of the time we are told they don't have anything except the KFC Bowls. How can you be a KFC & not have basic fried chicken. They young man that told us they were sold out didn't even have on a uniform, just walked from around the side of the bushes and told us they were sold out. Its Sunday 11/24/24 @ 3:50pm. Do Better KFC!!!
Don't eat here or go there everytime you go there's no chicken they tell people 30 45 min on chicken all employees seat around and collect a check and don't want to serve food at all place should be shut down or sold to a ower that cares

I have drove from Opelika Al to get some chicken and they said twenty minutes wait that was last week and this week I traveled from Montgomery Al and stopped again and the same thing was said very unprofessional. Didn’t apologize at all when I told her this has happened before they need to do better.
