Walked in at 8:15, sign said lobby closed at 9pm. Employees sitting around socializing said drive thru only. So we walked back to our car and to the drive thru where no one took our order even up to the window with no luck. Drove away and they are having a employee party inside! I guess they don't want to work after 8PM. Don't waste your time, lazy,lazy,lazy

Just left @ 1:28 p.m. on 2/11/24. The worst service I have ever received. I've been traveling 1-65 for 20 plus years for various reasons. To the owner: Train your employees to be polite. Customer Service is everything. I won't ever stop there again.

The. Staff here are the worst. Stopped here two different times both times the staff was very rude when you go and there are no customers in the restaurant or parking lot that's a sign to go else where the second time the store was so nasty and staff ask me to repeat my order like five times and then laughed about it with another employee I'm on the road a lot. I will never stop there again I think the health department should pay them a visit

We stopped here on the way to a soccer tournament. It was a good fast food experience. We got our food fast, employee at the drive thru was super nice, and the food was hot.

They were extremely rude. We asked them what all they had so far and responded with “what you said already”. They asked us to pull up and finally we went inside and they were all on their phones. I do not recommend going here. The way their attitudes are is disgusting. I work in a customer service place , I’m a manager. I would be so disappointed to see my team acting this way. If you hate your job so much, get another.

The wait in the drive thru was at least 25 minutes. I was looking forward to trying the new nuggets but the service time made me regret coming here. I thought it was called fast food for a reason. I do not recommend this

From entering the dining room until our departure, we had an uneasy feeling. The restroom ewas absolutëly disgusti g. The sink held standing water that was dirty and smelled. How the employees comply withServSafe standards is beyond my knowledge. If we had not been extremely exhausted from traveling, we would have patronized another establishment. Everything was out of place including the staff's customer service skills. The staff were profane, curt and from the heavy smell of smoke that permeated the air-not fully conscious of their surroundings. The dining room was not clean or sanitized. When attempting to place our order, the cashier was clearly perturbed by our presence or her attendance at work. Whichever the issue was it was evident that she was disturbed. Our main reason for engaging in this review is we ordered two number ones that we consumed and are now experiencing stomach cramps and nausea. This was the only meal of the day. Therefore, it is easy to recognize the meals from this KFC as the culprit. This place needs to be reported to the health inspector and shut down immediately.
