This was a pleasure in dining! There was a gentleman there a manager that treated us and welcomed us with utmost respect friendliness. He helped us with the menu and the order. The staff was hard working. The restaurant was extremely clean, well stocked and organized! It was Friday, 1-3-25 at 1146 am . Many other crystals could learn from this staff and manager.

I used to eat Krystal’s in Florida 25 years ago in middle school and loved it. Finally I was by one to enjoy the nostalgia. Not only was the female at the window the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with the burgers were the nastiest thing I’ve had in a long time. Tasteless the onion were barely cooked and to top it off it was lukewarm. I got the 12 pack and threw the other 11 away. Wasted $17. Smh

Quick service, but burgers were awful. They tasted like bland soggy bread. Although the fries were great. The drinks were good. The fried apple pie was good. The kids meal didnt come with a toy. Kids were sad. This was our first and only time we will eat there.

No air conditioning not really cooked doubles. Really concerned what was put on the sandwiches. Was not worth 31.52 for 10 doubles.
