Had a few things missing from my order . When I walked in i did explain politely what was missing the manager and employees up front was extremely rude talking to me. They then began to talk among themselves with their back to me . After a few more words i was then called a few cuss words . I did call the customer service number this is completely unexpected. If u do not wish to work with the public dont work fast food !!

I hate kiosks. To much trouble and takes to long. Food was brought to us but it was like it was way to much effort to do so. No napkins, no salt or no pepper on the tray. Biscuits were sub par. I promised myself not to get breakfast at McDonald's again. Coffee isn't good either.

My husband, 14 year old grandson, and I ate at this McDonadls today and all remarked that it was the best meals that we have ever had at a McDonalds, and we have been eating at McDonalds since 1964. The Mocha Frappe and milk shakes were also delicious and the facility was very clean. WAY TO GO!!!

Stopped through the drive-through on a trip and was really pleased with my experience. Staff was super friendly and even went out of their way to double check my order. Food was great and they got me out quick.

So traveling through Greenville, Alabama today and stopped in at 1030 there were plenty of McDonalds personnel working behind the counter. They were relying on the kiosk in the lobby to get the orders but no one taking orders. There were several couples waiting and trying to use the order kiosk which is not user friendly for people who are not familiar with it, needless to say we finally got through the wait after about 15 minutes, note no one ask if we needed help. It took another 5 minutes before our number was called. Go back to your original way of taking orders or hire more personnel. This place needs help bad... Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have EVER been too.. If u are going to start processing ur customers this way, u are going to lose buisness.
