After placing my order on the automated terminals, it never appeared in the screen showing it was being worked on. After waiting about 10 minutes and seeing numerous other orders completed, I finally asked somebody about it. They took my receipt and began making the order. Activating another 5 to 7 minutes, someone finally said they didn't have all the ingredients for a coffee that I ordered. Then, after reading of the two or three minutes they finally produced a beverage the tasted horrible and was not what I ordered. All that for nearly 20 minutes of waiting and $5 of coffee made it a terrible visit. Somebody needs for the coffee shop next door - they would see great success!
