The management and staff in the store is not very helpful. I ordered carry out on March 3, 2024, and lady at front messed up their pos system. I was leaving a tip on their pos and was charged $23.65, then the lady had to cancel order, and she charged me $18.65. She was screwing up order. So she charged me twice. So here is some advice, do not pay by card at this store. Use cash.

I LOVE mah Papa John’s family! Especially the connection between me and my brother Ethan. ain’t nobody evuh gonna challenge our love! We all pick our noses and make pizzas, and we smoke weed when we’re delivering them to your front door! We’re PAPA JOHN’s baby - better ingredients, better pizza. Now if you’ll ‘scuse me, me and my overweight girlfriend need to go catch 50 more shiny Psyducks in Pokémon Go instead of fixing our rotting trailer that we live in. BOO-YA!

Really, Papa? Extra large used to signify more of everything. In this case we got single digit pepperoni and paper thin crust! Very disappointing! The quantity and quality of the pizza is slipping. I'm sure shrinkflation affects the size of pizza but does the quality really have to change? Papa John's used to be out favorite choice for years due to it being the best pizza around but it seems to have changed across the board regardless of location. Our family will be trying a different brand next time. Sadly it's arrivederci, Papa John's ☹️
