We came for the buffet, staff was friendly, she took our drink order. We ordered the buffet, she said plates were up at the bar. As we reach the buffet the manager came out with an angry tone, “buffet closed 5 minutes ago, order from the menu”. We returned to the booth, & watched as the manager tossed 4 or 5, 1/2 & full pizzas in the trash with a smile on her face. Our waitress apologized for the buffet closing and provided us with Togo menus that didn’t have any prices. I asked if she had a in-house menu so we could compare prices. She directed us to the QR code on the Togo menus, stating she was new. Neither she or the manager returned to the table. We left and none of the staff even acknowledged us as we left. Really glad we didn’t stay.

Just a heads up, but all you can eat buffet at this Pizza Hut location doesn’t end at 1:30. It actually ends at one. I arrived a few minutes after one and was told that they’re not gonna make anything else because the buffet ends at 1:30 wouldn’t it make sense if the buffet ends at 1:30 they could make pizza and breadsticks until 130. No at this location it actually ends at one unless you want old nasty pizza has been sitting out for two hours.

Given the amount of customers here today, and the one server busting her butt, I'm surprised she didn't quit. I commend her for the way she handled everything as best she could. I am ashamed of how some of her other customers treated her! Do better Greenville! As a former food service manager, I know how those days can be. Before you jump down a server's throat, look around. The atmosphere was only given 4 stars due to my fellow customers.

Waited for several minutes the server never came to the table, then one of the drivers seen that we haven’t been waited on, so she came over and took our order the two stars are for the driver that served us. One for the low inventory of toppings in the filthy environment and poor Customer Service. PS: Thank you. Pamela for your kindness
Pizza Hut is a good place to eat, I went doing their lunch buffet and they had a good variety of different choices, the food was good, the restaurant was clean and the waitress was so friendly and very helpful. Go by and check them out if you are in the Greenville Al area....
