Pizza Hut is a good place to eat, I went doing their lunch buffet and they had a good variety of different choices, the food was good, the restaurant was clean and the waitress was so friendly and very helpful. Go by and check them out if you are in the Greenville Al area....

Placed an order online for carryout. After completing and paying for the order online, the restaurant cancelled my order without any explanation or phone call. I will never purchase anything from this Pizza Hut location ever again.

Those people were absolutely slammed. Non-Stop from the moment I walked in the door to place the order till I walked out one and a half hour later. Manager on duty was super friendly and apologetic for how long it's taken. Food was hot and good.
On a roadtrip with my little children. Wouldn’t allow us to dine in at 6 pm. Ridiculous but ok fine. We did have an online order which they made incorrectly. Not one of them knew how to use the system and told us they couldn’t give us a refund. They called their manager and said the customer “claimed” they made the order wrong- the order was made wrong and the pizza we ordered was correct on the receipt. When my husband pointed that out, the employee scoffed at him as if he did something wrong. Very sad, miserable individuals who need to learn how to treat people.
