Pork was good, sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. The meat has a really nice flavor and I didn’t think the it really needed sauce. My husband loved the sauce because he likes a sweeter sauce.The baked beans were delicious.The potato salad was way too sweet.The smoked chicken sandwich is huge. This was one of my most anticipated stops for our entire vacation- a little shack on the side of the road...it just felt right. I want to start by saying that the two people who were running things the day I was there were lovely. So sweet, and everything I expected and wanted from a roadside shack in Alabama. Sadly, they did not have the smoked turkey that I was planning to get, so that was a bit of a disappointment. They did have smoked chicken though, so I was fine to get that....
