Food is great, so much better than fast food. Easily accessible, large parking. Drinks are always cold and refreshing. Top item are the mozzarella sticks, served almost immediately, virtually no errors of your order, line moves at a steady pace

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Ordered food- was very descriptive in what I wanted. A burger, no cheese, add bacon. I got a cheeseburger. I pushed the button and the lady FINALLY said they would make another….never came out. I finally just left. I am beyond irritated. These people just don’t care at all about their customers. No napkins, no sauces, awful food quality….PLEASE don’t waste your time with this place or their incredibly rude, incompetent staff.

the service and food here are good but they never ever have the machine to make slushies, if it doesn't get fixed even though it's been over a month now I'm just gunna put one star 😭 kinda tired of getting coupons in summer for an item that is their specialty and I can't get.

Bad service, speaker box hardly worked, milkshakes leaked through both cups and made a huge mess in car, rude employees. Burger was bad, mozz sticks were good.

I got the smash burger it was literally in pieces. The fries were not good they weren't even the fries they are supposed to have. I got a meal and a small cheese stick and it was almost 20 dollars for it to not be good at all.

This place is beyond run down, also some male employee was yelling at another customer accusing the customer of honking at him when it was us simply locking our car when we got out to sit at the patio area. Absolutely unhinged place here.

I went here and my order was messed up twice. I ordered two meals and mozzarella sticks. I received the burger, footlong, and drinks with no problem. There was lack of customer service as the person at the window did ZERO talking. Just expected my card, didn’t give me a total or receipt. When I asked for another straw (because I only received one for two drinks) and ketchup, I received the straw, no ketchup and the window closed in my face. I realized after that I did not receive the tots, fries or mozzarella sticks. I stayed at the window hoping someone would open it up to assist me. Instead, the man went to TWO cars behind me giving them their orders and receiving their payment. I must have stayed at the window for 8 minutes hoping he would open it to speak with me. I deceived to loop around and check on my sides. He said at the speaker box he did not ring me up for those. I then went back to the window where I finally got the fries and mozzarella sticks. But no tots!! Arlyic was the name printed on the receipt from the second time around. He was unprofessional and immensely lacked any customer service skills. I’m disappointed.
