I have visited this Subway at 5:04 pm on February 11, the workers are so rude when I have asked them to shred the spinach she just said no. She was so rude. She is just ignoring the stuff that I am asking her. I don't recommend to anyone to come here. If subway company can see it please fire this type of workers. She is discriminating and not following the guidelines.

Arrived at 7:59 and the rude worker said we close, we close but wasn’t looking directly at me. It looked like she was joking with the customer she was helping so I didn’t think anything of it. Still not looking at me, proceeded to tell the customer in front of me that she was her last customer. Still not one word directed at me. The customer turned around and said she’s saying she’s closed. Needless to say their site says they close at 10pm on Fridays. Horrible customer service. I can’t rate the food cause I didn’t get a chance to order any.

The atmosphere was somber because this Subway is inside of a gas station I go in there from time to time the employees seem to be sad or don't want to be at work and don't like to assemble your sandwich the way you want it. They just seem to have an attitude the manager was the person who rang the food up he was okay but I guess his job is just to help when he can. They don't take coupons either that's just weird when they come in the mail to the entire community weekly.

Outstanding experience! I placed our order online and it was ready exactly when it said it was, had everything I ordered and was excellent customer service. The last time I ordered was from the other Subway in this town and they did not have it ready and was not as well made. I will continue to use this one!! Thank you ladies!

Arrived at 8:28pm and the hateful worker said we close at 8:30 but wasn’t looking directly at me she was saying it to her coworkers. Needless to say it wasn’t 8:30 but the other worker comes out and says we closed at 8:30. It was only 8:29 at this time. Just a sorry workforce. I would hate to own this one.
These lovely ladies were so sweet and professional. My sub was exactly how I wanted it. The sub shop was decently clean. I did sit down and eat in there. It was a nice quiet time.

If you’re traveling and have to stop in Greenville to eat this is one of the few places I would recommend. They have the same 3 ladies working there now as the day it opened and they are great, sandwiches are always good and customer service is good as well.

Not sure if the girl that took my money worked there since she wasn’t wearing anything that looked like a Subway uniform. She must’ve been real nice though cause she just gave the guy in front of me his sandwich and refused his money. Very charitable!
