Worst taco bell I've been too bathrooms are disgusting and the service is horrible and was told senior discounts can only be applied when paying cash food wasn't that great either..

This added 30 minutes to pur drive. Would have been great if we did drive through. Dont go inside to order. Order around then come in to eat. Ridiculous wait time.

I would give them an overall 4 star. I really like this Taco Bell. The food is good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is very kind. Last Wednesday, I went to Taco Bell and one of the orders was wrong, no big deal, then two individuals in a white vehicle were in front of us in the drive thru, and a Taco Bell employee was talking to them outside the vehicle holding up the line. When we went back to the window, I told them that I ordered the burrito not a quesadilla. It wasn't a big deal. I am a survivor of human trafficking so a lot of the time those connected to the human traffickers will create chaos and smear campaigns to discredit me. I wasn't upset when the group started yelling, and said that they had to do a refund and reorder, I paid with cash, they dont like that. I know they were lied to and egged on. They probably don't know they were being egged on. With that being said, all I asked was for the burrito and I gave her back the quesadilla. It really didn't have to be a big deal. That's how I know the group involved was there. Just be mindful and be safe.

Top notch TB spot. 4 stars! Stopped in on the way back from the beach around lunch. Really clean dining room. Men's restroom could have used some attention. The floor had a decent amount of urine on it around the toilet. The food was the highlight. Our food came out pretty quickly. It was hot, fresh and assembled with care. Fluffy tortillas, smooth baja sauce, and a generous amount of cheese sause on our tacos and burritos. Will definately stop in if we have to get off the interstate because of traffic slowdowns.

Ordered from the kiosk inside. Took 35 minutes to receive our order. Seemed to be serving the drive thru mostly and 3-4 in-house orders that was ordered after ours that was served before us. Terrible

Stood In line for 15 minutes and tried to order food but got ignored. No one came up to take order or money so I left.
The restaurant was Dirty dirty dirty. No lids. Trash on floor. No clean tables. Trash overflowing from bins. Floor sticky.

this is so odd but I went in earlier today with an order for a cantina taco, just that and they refused to make it saying that it was already handed out and then trying to say they don't have the shell for it. they told me they been out of the ingredients but I literally ordered that same taco less than 15 minutes before my second order for one and then they told me they used a different shell so I asked for that and they still made the taco with a soft shell. does it come out of your checks to just make the taco how it comes?
