Came for lunch. Drive through order taker was quick , professional, and courteous. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito and a 2pack Cinnabon . All the food was fresh and amazing and ready within 4 minutes . Would come again

It’s Triple T here once again Taco Bell has forgotten my cinnamon twist specifically this location they also had no napkins or lids and I really need a lid because I was on a road trip. Also Taco Bell is really really messy so you need napkins they were out of the most necessary things. Bathrooms also really dirty go there at your own risk! TRIPLE T OUT

After ordering on the kiosk, we sat and waited… and waited…. and waited. The staff has zero sense of urgency for the “in-store” customers. The entire dining room has been waiting for their food (some longer than 40mins) as we watch the workers only cater to the drive-thru. When myself and several other customers asked what the delay is. A lady said they have one brand new employee working the side catering to the dining room customers. All the rest of the staff is for the drive-thru. The whole dining room wanted a quick lunch on their respective roadtrips. It’s so frustrating at this point as we watch a ton of cars go through the drive-thru and get their food before us. The staff states they would get into trouble if they were to pause the drive-thru for the dining room. The whole dining room of customers are now asking for refunds. We are all collectively going elsewhere. That store needs help.

How embarrassing to have a resturant that forces you to take 5x as long ordering on a kiosk while we watched 3 workers playing while we waited for help just to be treated like it's an inconvienience for assistance 🙄 I wish the customer service area had a zero star rating because there isn't any customer service... you serve yourself and still pay the same pricing while the company takes jobs away and no one here can learn customer service when they don't have to interact with them. This was the coldest resturant due to everything being automated. Highly do not reccomend. You order on a screen and they yell your name... too lazy to even walk 15 ft to deliver your food to your table. I mean at least give customers an employee discount for doing the work. We even had to clean our own tables because the place was filthy.

This added 30 minutes to pur drive. Would have been great if we did drive through. Dont go inside to order. Order around then come in to eat. Ridiculous wait time.

I would give them an overall 4 star. I really like this Taco Bell. The food is good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is very kind. Last Wednesday, I went to Taco Bell and one of the orders was wrong, no big deal, then two individuals in a white vehicle were in front of us in the drive thru, and a Taco Bell employee was talking to them outside the vehicle holding up the line. When we went back to the window, I told them that I ordered the burrito not a quesadilla. It wasn't a big deal. I am a survivor of human trafficking so a lot of the time those connected to the human traffickers will create chaos and smear campaigns to discredit me. I wasn't upset when the group started yelling, and said that they had to do a refund and reorder, I paid with cash, they dont like that. I know they were lied to and egged on. They probably don't know they were being egged on. With that being said, all I asked was for the burrito and I gave her back the quesadilla. It really didn't have to be a big deal. That's how I know the group involved was there. Just be mindful and be safe.
