We arrived at the restaurant today and all the tables were dirty and they asked us to wait and they did not clean them. The manager behaved rudely and was very upset because we sat at the table without first cleaning it and he removed the dishes in a rude manner and when we wanted to order He refused to make the food, it seems very unprofessional to me and we had to leave the place since we waited an hour and they never attended to us, very disappointing service.

After a week of hotel breakfast I was ready for a decent breakfast in the small town I was working in for two weeks. I figured I could at least get real eggs at Waffle House.This Waffle House had better breakfast than I have had at others. The staff are friendly and the food line staff work efficiently and the food is prepared well!

Did take out food is always tasty for what we get.
Perfect for late night breakfast cravings. Going with a group of friends will probably feel better. Their waffles with the syrup is great just don’t carry out and prefer dining in otherwise it tends to get a little soggy.
The server was incompetent, messed up 2 of 3 orders... Then acted like it was our fault. We had to beg for drinks. They weren't busy but had 8 employees standing around. The food we got was good but missing everything. The manager made rude comments when I was asked for drink and talked nasty about us to the server in front of us. Thank God this is not my normal waffle house, they were horrible.

We had a party of 2 adults & 5 children. As we entered the restaurant as soon as our feet hit the floor the waitress made the ugliest face & said "I know they aren't walking on my mopped floor!! " Lady it's 12 noon who mops during a lunch hour & mind you the only tables available for our party was across the room. No welcome to waffle House just horrible service from the get go. Didn't stay after that confrontation to find out how ugly they could really be. Prayed for Jesus to pour his Holy Spirit because that was awful.

Me and my girlfriend sat down a few weeks ago and the lady that took our order was absolutely rude towards us. We realized immediately that she was treating us differently that the people around us. We didn’t leave a tip because of the horrible service we experienced. Today, we came back hoping just to eat and leave no matter what the service was, but instead sat there for 30 minutes without anyone talking to us and the lady who served us last time just staring at us. Eventually, we got up because we were fed up and decided to get something else when the nice lady who was sweeping asked us to stay for a minutes to see what was wrong. She asked which server had our area, and of course it was the rude lady. When asked why she refused to serve us it was because we did not leave a tip last time. I can’t believe that we had to sit there for 30 minutes AND get up to walk out the door before anyone realized that we had been waiting that long.

They are getting better here online ordering helps out a lot but for some reason they don’t scramble your eggs when u ask them
