1130AM Not busy at all but fries were cold and mushy. And there was more asiago ranch on the outside of the bun than in. Bacon was so thin that it had no taste on both sandwiches. First bad experience here so I'll probably give them another chance in the future.

Just did a mobile order while driving through to beach. Service was fast and friendly. Food was phenomenal. I really liked how they separated combos in different bags, a service most places don’t do nowadays. Great job Greenville Wendy’s!

If you want hot food and a hello or goodbye at the very least, dont go here. Our food was cold, my baked potato was hard looked like it was cooked at lunch and served for dinner. The kid at the drive thru didnt speak once. My husband waited to see if it was just over sight when he handed us our drinks. Nope he didnt speak to us at all, then all 3 employees going to stop to watch us check our food. Well of course im going to check, you didnt say have a good night this is everything, nothing. Worse customer service i have encountered in a bit. We will not be going back, but I do intend to let the manager know first thing in the morning. Just saying it sucks when you work hard for your money and this is what you get for it. Cold old food and horrible customer service. I want my 40 bucks back!

Absolutely amazing service, got off the interstate for dinner and while the lobby and drive through we very busy all staff was efficient given the scenario. Staff was very apologetic and friendly! Would highly recommend!
I workout here and I love Wendy's wherever I go but this one not it. Morning time is fine lunch time no. The lady at the back windows knows nothing I ask her for Ghost Pepper sause she say they don't have it ask them at the front, I ask for my chicken sandwich to be fresh meaning drop me one not say they just came up...thats not what I asked for drop frsh mean drop me a new one I will wait. The older lady always looks confused. So I won't be going back I will keep going to the one in Evergreen. Smh
