Unfortunately, it has come to this. I barely give bad reviews. However, whoever owns this Wendy's is losing a lot of money because the workers who work the drive through work slower than a slug in a 1-inch race track ?. Hope the owner sees this and makes changes immediately. A handful of cars left the drive thru line while we waited.

Rude inattentive employees. Watched people eating with gloves on while making food. Someone dropped the tray of cooked nuggets and they picked it up and put it back. When the fries were dumped from basket to bin, they came out in a giant block from sitting there for so long. The women’s bathroom sink was broken so you had to wash your hand right next to the register. Gross and embarrassing.

We went through the drive thru for breakfast. Attendant was rude we got coffee we weren't asked if we needed sugar or creamer,nor did we receive it. The potatoes were excellent I ordered a bacon egg English muffin it wasn't toasted which made it doughy the bacon biscuit and sausage biscuit was good. The attendant did not seem if she wanted to work today we received no receipt or thank you.

Most who stop here are traveling on the interstate & want a QUICK bite to eat; however, if you don’t mind losing 30 mins of your life AFTER ordering, I’d highly recommend. Backstory: While waiting in the drive-thru to pay, an employee walked out the back door, walked up to the payment window (from the outside next to the vehicle paying in front of us) to ask for a lighter. We paid over 25$ for our food, proceeded to the food window where we were given drinks and told to pull up & wait while they cooked the spicy nuggets. We did as asked. After sitting in the lot for 15 mins, I went inside thinking they must have forgotten about us. As I waited my turn to question the staff, the same worker who bummed a lighter OUTSIDE THE PICKUP WINDOW was now inside almost pushing customers out of the way as she bolted through the restaurant and complained loudly enough for all customers to hear how over her job she was. It was HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE. But I digress— when someone finally paid attention to me standing at the counter, the excuse for not bringing out our food was that they thought we had left. How many ppl pay over 25$ and just drive off without receiving food? NO ONE. While (who I’m assuming is) the manager was kind and offered a free frosty (which I declined), the entire experience was bizarre, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. The food was not hot or fresh, even for Wendy’s standards. To corporate: If you’re going to put a billboard on the interstate to advertise this establishment, prepare your workers to actually work when there’s a line of customers. Also, train your staff a level of professionalism (aside from the manager who tried to make a whack situation right in the only way she could at that point). Will never stop at this place again, and I’d highly recommend against it for anyone who actually has places to be.

We typically choose Wendy's as our first option when traveling and needing food. There were 6 customers waiting for food and three in line to order when we walked in so we decided to use the restroom. The men's room urinal was plugged and over flowed. The floor in there was sticky. The counter was dirty and needed cleaning. The paper towel dispenser was broken and opened up. The women's restroom (according to my wife) was dirty, no paper towels, and no toilet paper. When we came out and met at the counter, the three people were still waiting to order and one person had just been served their order. Unfortunately we actually left the restaurant and did not order and went to a competitor.

terrible service. took forever to get the food and the place itself is nasty. The workers aren't much better and are gross and mean to the customers.

The drive thru wait continues to increase each time. I waited 45 minutes last night and they still got 2 things wrong with my order. The employees are unapologetic and are just casually walking around joking and in no hurry.
