The Greenville location is lacking in customer service on night shift & was served cold fries after waiting 15 minutes on the food plus no carbonation in the soft drinks

Nice place for fast food chicken. Food was great and the service was too. If you've never been there I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

It’s a nicely decorated restaurant and it was clean, but I found the food to be way too salty and the staff left a lot to be desired. We arrived over an hour before closing and the cashier was obviously irritated that we were not getting our food to go. Throughout the next 15 minutes of dining in, staff would check around the corner to see if we were still there, and then walk off annoyed. It was very odd and I would not go back.

The drive-thru lady was rude and clearly didn’t know how to do her job. She rang up all our food separately, making it more expensive. Then, when I asked for Zax sauce, she straight-up lied and said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. There was zero southern hospitality—definitely wouldn’t recommend going there.

My family and I stopped at this Zaxbys yesterday on our way to a soccer game. My wife found a dead fly in her salad. We were already back on the interstate when this was discovered. My wife was disgusted and now had nothing to eat since eating the salad was out of the question. We called the Zaxbys right away and spoke to Jarlissa who was advised her by her district manager (Amber)said she could provide a refund in the form of a zaxbys gift card mailed to our home. We were coming back by this Zaxbys the next day so we asked if we could stop back by and get the refund then. She agreed. We did stop back by today and received the refund but it took 20 minutes or more just to get that done. This was due to Jarlissa not being available at the time. Shouldn't be this hard just to get a refund for a salad with a dead fly included! Do better Zaxbys-Greenville!
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Also they lady who took my order was very gracious and sweet !!!
