Always clean on the inside, and every time I order food it's always freshly cooked and hot, this McDonald's location is by far the best location ever, never been disappointed. I usually order between 15:00 and 18:00

Ordering food has to beg her to take my code. Annoyed then at the question I had. She gor my order right. Said something I asked what no response I pull around surprised then that she says my total. Refused to even look at my hand almost missing it when she pushed my xard and receipt into my hand. Very unwelcoming bordering rudeness like a bully.

On February 27, 2025, at 8:49 PM, I visited your drive-thru and placed an order at this McDonald’s location. There was only one car ahead of me. My order included two meals: a Big Mac meal and a Double Quarter Pounder meal (no mustard). After paying, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food.

As I waited, I noticed multiple cars behind me receiving their orders and leaving, yet my order was still not ready. After a long delay, I went inside to check on it. I politely asked how much longer it would take, only to be met with rudeness.

An employee handed me a bag containing only the Big Mac and fries, stating, “We don’t have your other sandwich yet.” Meanwhile, I watched four more drive-thru orders and three dine-in orders being served before mine. When I asked another employee for an update, she dismissively replied, “I don’t know what to tell you.” When I then requested a refund, she simply walked away.

After an additional 10-minute wait, I finally received my food—50 minutes after placing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the food was completely inedible. One sandwich was missing the bottom bun entirely, and the quality was so poor that it ended up in the trash before I even thought to document it. I’ve attached a photo of what I did manage to capture.

To make matters worse, I have attempted to call this location multiple times—on the night of the incident and every day since—yet no one ever answers the phone. I don’t visit this town often, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

I sat in line at the speaker to order and watched four vehicles in the other line go ahead. I thought something was wrong with the speaker so I just pulled forward and was told to go around and get back in line that I cannot order from the window. So I just drove off
