Have ate at many jacks. Took 10 mins for someone to take my order.When it was eventually taken I spent 25 min waiting on my food.They were not short handed.Had 6 or 7 people working.One of the worst jacks I've ever been too

We stopped here on our way to the Peach Bowl in Atlanta. We stood in line for about 15 minutes behind 2 hunters. We finally had our order taken and paid. We asked for a refund after waiting for 15 minutes after paying. We watched the staff run around Luke chickens with their heads cut off to try to straighten up and put time labels on things like tea due to the health inspector walking in while we were there. One employee threw away hasbrown bites for the entire time we were waiting. When we asked for our money back Noone knew how to refund us so we just had to wait for our food. Mind you, we were the only 2 people in line waiting for food. It was an experience that will prevent my husband or I from EVER stopping at another Jack's. It was absolutely ridiculous! They should ALL be fired. I feel sorry for the owner!
