I just did the 5 stars and did not write anything. I was busy but had to come back to update. I visited this place on a visit to The Gulf Shores with my Daughter and her family. She wanted the last night of our trip to be a nice send off. Wow I must say it was a good choice . The food the service just fantastic. I give 10 stars 🌟 update back in Gulf shores with relatives and this place still gives out good food and service.. 10 stars in 2026.

I went to Acme with a couple of friends on my way to the airport. The host seated us and the wait staff took our drink order immediately. The staff were attended to our needs, after taking our order the food came out fresh, hot, and they were very efficient. I had red beans and rice, which was delicious. I had a beer, which was served ice cold!! I also had a dozen oysters, they were prepared well! No pieces of shell!

I was in this place for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered a drink, it was very bad, and smelled like bed making moonshine, I asked to change the drink for me and in the end they brought the same one only with orange juice that was expired. I asked them to tell me what they added there and what brand of alcohol they added, and I received a wonderful answer, “Sorry, the juice in your drinks was spoiled”, How is this possible??? Not recommended this place at all.
Had dinner there last night, ordered a dozen chargrilled oysters at market price of $32. The oysters were so small we could barely see them. They even put them on very large shells which clearly the small oysters did not come out of. They should not be serving them or at least warn customers. Waitress asked how we liked them and mentioned they were good but small, she seemed offended and asked if we had ever had them there before, they are always small. Yes many times but never mini oysters. Won't be back there

Gumbo was subpar. Had a sour taste to it . Will not order it again. Fried crab claws are delicious. Only wish I hadn't ordered the Gumbo!

Excellent service and quick to get seated. Easy parking. Ate on the back patio. The raw oysters were delicious as well as the fried shrimp and oysters. Delicious red beans and rice and the onion rings were super good.
