Fried oysters were tiny with darker batter and not tasty. Fried shrimp was lightly battered and were tasty, especially with Po-Boy. Hush puppies arrived burnt looking, but tasted ok. Soft-Shelled crab was not tasty and was strangely crunchy. Also cost over $10. I will never order soft-shelled crab again. I wonder if the oil was changed out? Overall, I was very disappointed.

We met a friend here for lunch today and first off, our server (Susan) was terrific. We had a lot of chatting and catching up to do before any of us even looked at the menu. She was respectful and gave us time and when she came back and everyone but I was ready to order, she helped me pick out what I wanted.
I ordered the soup of the day (corn and crab chowder) in a bread bowl and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The soup was thick and flavorful and the bread loaf was one I could easily have finished every bite of.
The guys ordered the butter bean plate and a burger. Both looked great.
We had a good time and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Isn't that what we're all hoping for?

Food was good but oysters were really large but delicious. Waitress was amazing. Can't remember her name but she was involved in graphic arts. Awesome family time.
