Purchased smoked salmon and redfish and also some salmon. Probably the best smoked fish I've had and have tried a few. Rub is similar to popular pork shoulder rubs, maybe a little cayenne but no real heat. Highly recommend!

The ribs & pork chops were awesome I was very impressed how tender the ribs were these aren't regular pork they are huge and they are delicious & tender I loved his barbecue sauce it was so different but very good I wished I had bought more then one bottle but I will be back next year.
