Ordered my Daughter-in-love cupcakes and a cookie tray for her birthday and needed delivery with not much notice. Michelle the owner was awesome. She delivered her a beautiful cookie tray and cupcakes to her work and everyone was taking pictures of them because they were so beautiful ? Thank you so much!!!

I totally dropped the ball and mixed up my days this week and ALMOST was empty handed on my mom’s birthday. When I realized the date, it was too late to get the cake my mom has been asking for from a local restaurant. I called coastal cakes and spoke with a very lovely lady. She told me they absolutely had chocolate cake, but she wasn’t sure on the peanut butter frosting. LISTEN…. This wonderful woman not only took the order at the absolute last minute on the same day, but she specifically went out and bought the ingredients she needed to make the peanut butter frosting I wanted. She asked if I wanted the cake decorated and I told her to surprise me.Oh. My. Gosh. I was MAJORLY surprised when I picked it up! This cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and it smelled like heaven!!!!Her prices are absolutely fair and BEYOND worth it. She completely saved my butt! On top of that, I was late getting there because I didn’t think to check her open hours, and she wasn’t irritated with me at all. She was so sweet throughout the entire process and truly helped me make my momma’s birthday a great day.My momma was SO happy with her cake and said it was even better than the one she’d originally wanted. SCORE!!!!! It was perfect and to die for. Omg the cake was so moist and the peanut butter frosting was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer for all of my bakery needs. Thank you SOOOOOOO MUCH for saving the day!

I wish I could give 10 stars ?; I will start with that! I left the decorating of my daughter’s cake up to the bakery and what am awesome idea that was! This cake was stunning along with the decorations! I only gave her colors to match and left it up to her imagination! The cake was delicious, moist and DEVOURED! I’m glad I got a picture before it was removed from the box! ? We frequent Gulf Shores from the New Orleans área and will definitely be stopping back in! I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful cake!!!! My daughter loved it!!!

My wife ordered me a cake for my birthday since we would be in town with most of my family they made everything so easy for her and made the process relatively stress free for her she just had to tell them the theme. The cake turned out great and I loved it I just regret that no one thought to get a picture of it

I live in Oklahoma but we went to AL. for vacation so I decided to order my husband a cake to celebrate his birthday since most of his family would be with us. Everyone was so helpful and I was able to get everything taken care of over the phone. The cake was amazing I am just sorry I forgot to get a picture before we cut it. If I were be in the area around a birthday or for a special event I would definitely order from them again.

They made this custom cake and did a great job! Easy to find, right near target! Huge selection of other goodies when I went in. I could not resist buying some!!

I have used Coastal Cakes twice now for birthday cakes and both times they were outstanding. They did an incredible job and were open for us during the busy holiday season. Not a lot of bakeries were willing to take on this job. They did great!
