The employee taking my order Jabrail was RUDE! I was asking a question and he just turned off the speaker and didn’t come back to me for 5 minutes. Then when I finally placed my order got to the window and he gave me the wrong drinks. I visit this location often however, after this experience I believe I’ll drive a little further and go to orange beach!

2/5/2024 @ 1:05pm: Straight from initial contact placing my order, paying for my order and receiving my order, Jayden (sp) was a very pleasant person in handling my order. He showed great manners whilst addressing me throughout the entire process. I ordered a #5 meal without mustard & onions, he let me know that the burger doesn't come with mustard and I substituted my drink with a medium strawberry shake. My fries seemed somewhat freshly cooked and tasty. Upon my burger "inspection" it was prepared without onions, it was presented well in the box and it was throughly cooked properly. Thank you, Jayden, for exceeding my expectations. You have excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Staff inside was very friendly and attentive . Food was hot and delicious . Miss the old DQ in the mall by Longhorn , but... I like this one much better . Bigger inside and nicely done . Will definitely be back.

Hot Eats & Cool Treats lives here, representing their delightful food offerings & DQ's way of life.My experience met personal expectations of quality quick eats guaranteed to satisfy any discerning tastes fast-food enthusiasts have. Flamethrower burger with fries isn't any exception, containing two juicy, mouth-watering patties with pepperjack jalapeno bacon and flamethrower sauce. Being a spice enthusiast myself, this flavor combination satisfied my tastebuds and hunger, leaving me craving more. Patties come seasoned with perfection & served from bag to counter/window. Delighting customers of all ages. Their fries have remained crisp, consistent, & juicy, salted to perfection, retaining their inner fluffy texture instead of developing a staleness McDonald's and other competitors commonly have. Other hot eats that capture my tastebud's attention include their chicken strips & onion rings. Chicken strips here have a wonderful textured taste, retaining their signature flavors within each strip, offering bursts of juiciness and providing a satisfying succulent crunch, with each bite having enough tenderness & heat, making them a pleasurable delight. Onion rings prepared here make an excellent pairing the same way their fries do, meeting taste quality standards and containing a tasty battered coating while keeping that crispiness without being overpowering. On occasion, they come somewhat soggy, but it's still enjoyable, and I'm excited to order them again. There's 2 varieties of cool treats. Blizzard or Classic, which offers a reasonable selection of varieties in 4 categories. Cones Sundaes Royal & Novelty refers to classic items we all know and love. This location's popular fan favorite amongst classic ice cream features their iconic flagship treat, The Dilly Bar, which has a nice chocolate-coated exterior with a delicious, cool vanilla coating. Dilly Bar with their size doesn't satisfy my huge craving; instead, my classic go-to is their chocolate-dipped cone, which offers that same great Dilly Bar taste containing that same delicious taste. Newer generations & longtime enthusiasts yearn for some extra flavors of awesomeness known as Blizzards. The Blizzards offered in 4 categories too. Limited-Time Signature Candy Classics & Royal. A personal favorite of mine would be their Oreo Cookie Blizzard, with its cookie crumble mix containing their delicious creamy ice cream, putting Oreo McFlurries to shame. Unlike McFlurry's availability, Blizzards & Classics has a dependable track record, as their ice cream machines have worked 0 days without nervous breakdowns. Oreo chocolatey crumbles add that perfect texture & flavor complementing this delicious, sweet, and cool treat. In addition to food quality, their service is great when serving their famous hot eats and cool treats with friendliness & a smile. My order transactions always remained smooth and consistent with every visit. Remember, this is fan food, not fast food, & happiness tastes good. DQ it your way & enjoy. Shabetta is ignorant and has a mega attitude problem. Apparently she’s a manager. I asked for the smallest chocolate ice cream they had. She charged me for a sundae $3.59. And then I was given A KIDS CONE (which is $1.89) in a frickin bowl. Which is exactly what I wanted. But got charged double for basically. THEN the food took 30 min with no customers in sight. The drive thru employees (shabetta and whatever the other guy’s name was) seem like they have no idea what they’re doing. They have the personality of a wet blanket as well. On top of that, all of our blizzards were soupy. They’re almost ALWAYS soupy at this DQ. I’m not going to waste my money there again. I’ve had enough.

It was OK. The fries were fresh. The burgers were OK but flavorless. Not as good as they used to be. It's been a while since I ate at a DQ but I remember the hunger busters. Sadly, not a menu item any more.

I'll never understand the corporate restaurant obsession with dual drive thru lanes. There should be a sign on the secondary lane that says, "Get ready to hear me take everyone else's order. Wrong lane, buster." If you ever make it through the hoops presented to you upon making your attempt to buy food here, you'll be met with dairy queen (not capitalizing that) which is, frankly, not worth that level of effort. As an aside; over half of the people I've interacted with at the window had a visible nervousness about them, either management sucks to be around, there is no management, or something weird is going on at the dairy queen.TL;DR: This place will remind you that there's something at home you can likely cook.
